**What do you like best about vFairs?**

The customer service was impeccable.  They were so quick to get back with any question I had whether they had an answer or not, they made sure to resolve everything super quick!

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

There were tedious things sometimes with the backend that weren't easy to do on your own at times.  Thankful for the customer service help, you never felt like you were doing it alone.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Registration was always difficult and as our company/events grew we needed something a bit more sophisticated.  vFairs helped us organize and solve this problem.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

vFairs customer support has been unfailing over our last 14 events. Our Project Manager of many years,  Syed Usama Amir, consistently goes out of his way to ensure we have a successful event-from initiating design to they day of-by making himself available and clearly communicating at all steps of the process. That being said, the backend of the platform is also very easy to navigate on my own, and allows me to make the changes I need and get the data I need when I need it.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

I would like the ability to be able to customize the attendees, like the ability to make avatars of staff and booth admnistrators, to make the event even more personalized!

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our program assists with clients who are pre-arrival to our county, so it allows them to meet with employers here in Canada, giving them the opportunity they would not have until they physically moved here.

I love the customization opportunities of the app - everything is changeable and it also comes at a great cost.

It's new and there are still updates happening - this is normal as other apps we had were the same.

We use it primarily for the mobile app side and it is benefitting us in every way shape or form.  Communication to our users is good and the schedule and app are very easy to navigate.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

The customer support we've received is exceptional. Our project manager, Syed, is extremely responsive and an excellent problem solver. He is receptive to new ideas and willing to work on customizations for us. We have several customizations and a large integration that requires maintence and support. Syed and his team are always available and ready to assist. Furthermore, they help us troubleshoot and issues or questions we have. The entire team has been very easy to work with, they are open to feedback, and have built a fantastic working relationship.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

We knew when selecting vFairs that it was not totally aligned with their use case. Therefore, we do run in to some challenges from time to time with the system, mainly because we are adjusting the platform to fit our needs. However, the team is always available to assist and has made it work very well for us.

vFairs is offering an easy and seamless product for our community to join events. They are able to host large programs which allows us to expand our reach.

There is nothing to dislike!
I am completely satisfied - this was our 5th event with VFairs and each event has been stellar.

**Recommendations to others considering vFairs:**

When searching for a virtual platform that would meet my needs (conference and trade show), I spent much time comparing different virtual event providers. Right from the start vFairs stood out in terms of quality and functionality. I am now a return customer and am already planning our third vFairs event in 2022. I would add also that the quality and level of customer support is exceptional and to have the same Project manager accompany us along the whole process from inception to going live is much appreciated. It was such a relief to have a competent, friendly and professional team help us create a flawless, smooth and successful event. The investment is completely worth it.

Hosting an entirely virtual event with multiple moving parts for a specialist audience located around the world is a challenge but vFairs makes everything possible in the smoothest possible way.
The sense of community is important for our event participants and this was maintained despite being virtual through the dynamic, welcoming and user friendly networking functionalities on the platform itself. The high functionality of vfairs  different chat features enabled us to retain a strong connection with all attendees of the event.

I recently used the Vfairs platform for one of our events and it exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and impressive. We had music and interactive features that  made the time go by very quickly. 

The platform itself is incredibly user-friendly. Navigating through the various features and setting up various parts of what we wanted wasvery intutive and easy. 

One aspect that truly stood out was the level of customization available. We were able to tailor the virtual environment to perfectly reflect our brand and the theme of our event. This made attaendees feel more aligned with the brand. 

I cannot end this review without thanking our project manager Syed Usama for his exceptiolnal skills. His dedication to carrying out the necesary implementation changes and ensuring that things ran smoothly. His proactive communication as well as attention to detail. 

I will recommend this platform to anyoe who requires something different.

There's not really anything I dislike. A real-time client friendly dashboard of data would help to keep the client informed of progress in a quick and easy way? - sometimes we don't want to give them admin access or access to other 3rd party accounts?

The best part of the vFairs platform is the combination of access to DIY controls and partnering with a Project Manager for personalized assistance. We had both helping hands to guide us along, and the ability to make edits on the fly.

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

I disliked needing to set up mobile and desktop controls separately, for the virtual environment, but I understood why it was set up that way. I hope in the future the system can automatically adapt or allow you to check boxes from one control area for if something is accessible from both desktop and the mobile app. I also hope the registration platform gets enhanced and becomes part of the dashboard in the future and can support more dynamic form functions.

vFairs provided a great platform to host a hybrid event with in-person and virtual components. It also bridged the divide so that in-person and virtual attendees could interact.

The folks at vFairs are incredibly knowledgable and efficient. This is our 2nd year utilizing their services, and we will most likely continuing using them for future events. We are always very statisfied by the speed of their responses and swiftness of their execution of tasks. They also communicate deadlines and needs well ahead of deadlines. Their event day support makes you feel their entire company is on your side and focused on making your event a true success.

There are not really any downsides to the company or their employees. The only downside I could see needing improving would be a more immersive look to their virtual environments. Some kind of graphical or functional improvement that would really make them stand above competitors.

The team at vFairs takes away a huge amount of stress and frustration that we experienced with our previous vendor. Their willingness to help out with any tasks is a great comfort even when it isn't always needed. Their ability to troubleshoot issues on the fly is also very impressive, and again their speed at accomplishing tasks is unlike any other we've seen in this space.

We've had some tech glitchs with maximum number of open chats and the resume search feature. We are planning a first year conference in a virtual environment. vFAIRS has been there every step of the way with us, even though we've been working out a lot of logistical details on our end. Their professionalism and patience has been invaluable in bringing this event to life. Our account rep Alina has been extremely responsive and helpful with all of our questions.

As someone with a web development background, I am more comfortable with a lot more backend control, but for the average user I think the platform is perfectly suited.

Our conference was already delayed a number of times due to COVID and other factors. Going all virtual is allowing us to move ahead regardless of pandemic status or venue availability. The platform was appreciated greatly by our audience, and we received positive feedback throughout a consequent survey sent to everyone. In the setup phase the team from vFairs and especially Ahmed Sajjad our PM was very responsive and welcoming to any of our requests. When we requested a new feature it was seen as a new feature to develop for the platform, which we felt was a very fair way to work.

The backend requires a bit of used-to, it is not always obvious to find which aspect of the platform in the backend. However, they are already working on a new version of the backend and are gradually making all functions available on both.

This person for us is Zuhkruf Mehboob. As our Project Manager, she has made every event we have held successful. She is the definition of detailed oriented and asks the questions that we sometimes forget to ask. She is a one-stop-shop of knowledge, and it is always a pleasure working with someone with this high level of professionalism and customer service expertise.

We recently used VFairs to put on a virtual career fair for students across numerous school districts in the state of North Carolina and it was such a great success because of the platform! Our project manager Maliha made the process of implementing our event on the platform and educating users on how to use it basically seamless for all parties involved. She also was so supportive, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entirety of the time that she managed the project. We look forward to using VFairs again!

**What do you dislike about vFairs?**

I think there's still room to grow all the features that come along with the VFairs platform. There were lots of ways for our participants to engage, but I think finding new and creative ways to make them enthusiastic about the experience would be helpful too.

**What problems is vFairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VFairs primarily solves the issue of reach for us. We serve a lot of different school districts and can't physically be in all of them, so having the event on VFairs allows for meaningful engagement despite geographic challenges.

**What do you like best about vFairs?**

The updated dashboard is super easy to use and intuitive, we're able to get all the information that we need. 
This is our second time using the platform for a virtual event. 
The team were always on hand during our 3 day event to troubleshoot if needs be

The hubspot integration is really expensive, we decided to do this manually which worked completely fine for us
