What do you like best about VEVS?

Vevs was extremely easy to set up - the platform is really easy-to-use even from people like me without a lot of technical knowledge. It was also very important for me how my boats look on the website and that the design is really proffesional and clean as my business is completely online, so I am extremely happy with the pre-made templates.

When I have required assistance or had questions the customer support has been excellent. What I like the most is that I've got a precise answer to my questions rather than getting a ticket with a short answer which I received from a previous supplier. I even got advice from Marina regarding bettering my business management which is great even though it wasn’t her task at all.

The monthly subscription is very competitive compared to others - I have used another company who charged a $1800 set up fee and had higher monthly costs and the Vevs pricing is very reasonable especially for a new business like mine, which is really hard to find nowadays especially in the IT sector.

Overall I am very happy with the decision of choosing VEVS for my software and website provider and I think that their system will definitely be an asset to any rental business! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VEVS?

By now, I am really happy with Vevs. There were some minor bugs but they recovered them very quickly and I my business wasn't affected by that at all. Overall I think that the system is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VEVS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Vevs enables me to create a professional boat rental website that leaves a positive impression on my customers and effectively represents my company. I can also fully manage my day to day task which is a great relief for me as a new business owner. I also really appreciate the fact that I can achieve this on my own, without the need to hire web developers or invest in a custom-built system. I love how simplified the process of website building isand that their platform is allowing me to focus on delivering a high-quality experience to my customers without any hassle.
