What do you dislike about Vetstoria?

Wish you could set up seperate times for different doctors (for instance we have one doctor who works on the 15 minute mark but not every doctor does) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vetstoria?

Not extremely user friendly. Clients accidently schedule appointments. Clients sometimes cannot fill out new client form, so we have to reach out for info and hope they answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vetstoria solving and how is that benefiting you?

Vetstoria solved booking problems by clients being able to book appointments in real time without CSRs having to go back and forth with them scheduling an appointment via email and phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the load time is janky sometimes when you try to make your appt. I find that I would have to go back to another page and then go back into th page i was previously in to make it work again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vetstoria?

Vetstoria reduces our reception workload. It saves us money as fewer receptionists are required. It never needs a holiday and is never sick. Clients like, no, expect to be able to book online these days. The system takes prepayments so fewer no shows and improved cash flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vetstoria?

Clients being able to reschedule appointments could be more resilient, as this sometimes does not seem easy for clients to use or robust enough not to make mistakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Vetstoria is a key component in my practice. We are a start up practice just over a year old. We have gone from zero to £50000+ vat a month in revenue. What do you like best about Vetstoria?

Integrates well with our current PMS and is easy to configure to allow different appointment types. We currently use Robovet and are migrating to Merlin shortly but will be taking all of our current features and more with us. Good level of control over what is booked when without being too cluttered. Interface is easy to navigate and use - intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vetstoria?

It's taken a little while for us to learn and integrate Vetstoria to its full potential - not a fault of the software but more our busy schedule. I'm yet to find any real negatives so far with the software, I just us to use it to its full capacity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Try and make sure that you have the time to sit down and implement it fully so that you get maximum benefit from the system - lots to configure but worth the work! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are trying to free up our reception staff from booking lots of appointments when this can easily be outsourced to an automated system. We have clawed back many reception hours since integration, and generally our client group have responded really well without too many complaints or issues with the technology. What do you like best about Vetstoria?

We love giving our clients the option to book at their convenience at any time of day. We can control where they can book based on their appt needs as well as who they book with based on the species of their pets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the support tickets take a little longer to resolve since everything is done by email or chat, but they are very thorough in making sure a solution is found. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have decreased the number of calls for booking allowing more time for our receptionists to work face to face with the clients checking in and out. Totally customisable with lots of neat tricks and rules so you can set it and forget it.

Makes it easy to divert clients away from reception, at any time, day or night. Has the ability to accept payment in advance of consultations. What do you like best about Vetstoria?

Offers online appointment booking, you can book appointments anytime, anywhere, from any device. Moreover it is super easy to set up and maintain, adds and removes new staff as needed, in addition to being fully customizable to display the number of appointments for which you want to allow online bookings. Once the system is set up, it only works in the background and needs little or no maintenance, plus adding new vets, holidays, etc. Additionally Vetstoria has worked perfectly with our RxWorks system. It was also very easy to add to our practice website and Facebook pages, instagram, among other mobile applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vetstoria?

decided to dispense with your service for this reason, in addition to leaving several empty spaces between the appointments chosen by customers leaving an unusable time interval that sometimes exceeded up to 40 minutes. On the other hand new customers who book online require a follow-up call or email so that we can obtain additional pertinent information or know where to call for prior records. What problems is Vetstoria solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our clients loved the ease of use and frequently enter all the problems of their pets that they wanted them to consult in the reservation form; this is transferred to the clinical notes and frees our staff from reception duties and saves time, clients can write for free and give us more information. The ability for clients to choose their veterinarian is excellent. In addition, the fact that we can select the species that each vet is comfortable seeing is an advantage.
