Benefits of using VESTA **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Gustavo M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2023 **What do you like best about Vesta?** It is a partner that allows us to participate in the different decision-making processes, working together excellent results have been achieved. **What do you dislike about Vesta?** I consider that on some occasions, the response times are a bit high, however, it is not an impediment to achieving results and continuing to improve the commercial society that we have. **What problems is Vesta solving and how is that benefiting you?** Perform the Risk assessment of the Transactions generated from our App. Having a Chargeback insurance allows us to trust that the Transactions that are Accepted do NOT present a Fraud Risk for our Application. ### 2. Each has taken the time to understand our business and how we function/work as a company. They're always flexible and accommodating. They generate ideas, partner on solutions and challenge concepts to achieve our goals. **What do you dislike about Vesta?** Honestly, I don't have a complaint; if I did, it would have long ago been resolved, which is a testament to the work of Willean and Parvathi. I need more Willean and Parvathi's. **What problems is Vesta solving and how is that benefiting you?** Going back to 2017, Vesta partnered on the design of revamping our automatic payments program. Their expertise guided us to where we are now- over 50% enrollment rate. Our shared results have driven other groups with our company to mimic what we've done in that space. We've recently developed programs/promotions to layer on top of our automatic payment product to drive new subscriber growth. Finally, we've used Vesta to add additional ways for customers to pay for their service whcih is a win-win for everyone. ### 3. Implementing their APIs into our tech stack made the operations more efficient and our user experience smoother **What do you dislike about Vesta?** There is really nothing to dislike. Cant think of a better tool to use for fraud detection. **What problems is Vesta solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping make critical findings in regards to fraud. ### 4. And in doing so helps us to mitigate fraud and improve customer stickiness through use of promotions and AutoPay discounts. ### 5. Allows for duplication of published messages for use by other applications for consistency purposes in the publish/subscribe kafka architecture. ### 6.
