- Not sure how useful the AI grading actually is (although we probably didn't feed it enough data for it to judge). I would say the AI component is a "nice to have" rather than a "must have".
AI would have been more useful for companies hiring across multiple roles, with hundreds of candidates each.
That being said - we really like the system, and will use it for recruitment of all key roles going forward.

I enjoy that it allows people to answer with text as well as video because it makes it more personalized. This makes it easier in making decisions about who we want to move forward with Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It wasn't anything I disliked I guess we had a lot of candidates that were interested but I love how Vervoe scores them prior to us viewing them. It gives great insight Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Vervoe simplified and improved our hiring process. We are capable of quickly identifying a shortlist of candidates based on customizable assessments for any job role. With Vervoe we can create custom assessments for each of the roles we are trying to fill, and quickly assess thousands of candidates. Since we hire primarily on behalf of our clients, we can also share a candidate's profile with an external link. The process is pretty intuitive at every step.
