Definitely getting our money worth on it. **What do you dislike about Verveware?** Nothing in specific, whenever there is I create a feature request ticket and support is very fast at addressing and giving me that new feature or change. **What problems is Verveware solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had struggled with billing issues for years and could not ever get it to work on Sandata (now HHAX/HHAeXchange). Though worked from Day 1 on Verveware. Helps bill all IDOA, MCO (Insurance), DORS, Veterans and Private Client claims and also automatically tells when we get paid. Also shows rejections and allows us to reclaim from the platform. It is fast, easy and simple to use. ### 2. Caregivers being able to take the training directly from their app, and it updates compliance in real time is just amazing! Documentation available in the website makes implementation easy for new users. Definitely worth the money for any homecare company. **What do you dislike about Verveware?** Whatever I disliked so far, I have been able to communicate to the team and they were very fast at resolving it and getting it done. Have been using it daily, but cannot stop to love it more. **What problems is Verveware solving and how is that benefiting you?** Verveware is helping us bill our IDOAs, MCOs and DORS clients directly from them (The EVV System) keeping our data consistent and in one place as well as speeding up our billing by 85%. It is also helping us keeping our caregivers stay compliant with their new learning module integration, from which our supervisors can directly enroll/unenroll caregivers in training. And soon as they finish training, their certificate shows up in Verveware automatically updating the compliance which saves our team hours of time, and also keeps data updated in real time. ### 6.
