They haven’t updated their technology, the editor is the worst out there, I’ve used a lot of different companies. And Vertical Response customer service is even worse, they just don’t respond to emails at all. They eliminated their phone service as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've used VR with Salesforce for the past 6 years. It works great and love that it automatically provides a history of each email in each person's record. There are templates to choose from and we created our own for what we specifically wanted. It is easy to clone a form to change it from week to week. The customer service is great. I always quickly get a live, very knowledgeable person without having to go through a long or cumbersome telephone menu. I really like the free trial that enables a potential customer to actually try out the platform. I found the platform to be much easier to use than most that I have tried. If you wanted to do anything more sophisticated you have better options out there. If you want better organization of campaigns, list management, etc., you won't get that with VerticalResponse.
