I absolutely hated using vertical response. The only easy part of VR was importing the email addresses to use and that was only because it was attached to our salesforce CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Where to begin, creating an email to go out was next to impossible. It was no where near the ease of use that one should find in 2018. I used to call it Windows 97. Remembering which way to create your campaign was hard enough but one in VR, if you didn't already make your graphics as a jpg on Photoshop, you had to have knowledge on how to write HTML. While importing names was semi easy, remembering which buttons to push in order to pull the report is next to impossible. I never was able to pulll email addresses out the same way. Analytics were not available when I used it, however we switched early in 2018 and it may be available now though I doubt it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that this tool offers many templates suitable for your goal. The site is easy to use, the free templates are easy to customize for my needs. Also, you can create a new template yourself using many components and a simple drag and drop action. In the control panel you can manage all the campaigns you run with the necessary statistics. I love the automation and how we can now connect multiple accounts. The customer service is very good as we can count on their support through the chat box in a few minutes. Some process flows were not as intuitive as I would have liked. Automation can be confusing at times for a beginner and the website builder comes with a limited set of features. I don't really like that, in their effort to make things easier, they have sacrificed a lot of features that designers could use to make their newsletter designs really stand out. Vertical response is very easy to use. YOu dont have to be professional or know HTML. It has great integration with my web site forms, this allows us to collect emails from people who use our forms for donations, or registration as volunteers or particpants in our many programs and projects. Vertical initial reaction is very user friendly. You need not be highly skilled or understand HTML. This has fantastic convergence with my development . the company, which allows us to retrieve emails from people who do use ones elements for charities, or to register as volunteers or participants in our many projects and programs.
