What do you like best about Vertex?

they have a better ui experience than other vendor products. also they have better product categories available to use for mapping. they also have good certificate center module to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

they don't have good features available to create custom tax rules and also not many rules available for motor vehicles especially to manage cross border scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not the most intuitive use. I was with Avalara for many years and Im new to Vertex, and so far, ease of use seems better with Avalara. but again, Im new Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using Accelerator with SAP, configuration and data mappings; this doesn't feel very user friendly. A little clunky and no explanation of "if you make this change, it will affect this and this", the downstream effects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
