Recommendations to others considering Vero Cloud:
Great if You want non-dev people to run all messaging efforts.
It'll be a good tool for fairly simple to quite advanced use cases.
The pricing was better to us compared to other tools we considered (Intercom etc.)
I'd think twice if you need precise versioning and integration with developer flows - here You might be missing some features.
Anyway, the Vero staff is friendly and open. They have never done any "hard-selling" on us by pushing to use features we didn't need.
Quite the opposite, they've helped us set up stuff, optimise our account and run things smoothly. Good guys! :-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is Vero Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with clients:
- confirming bookings and reminding of them — with transactional emails
- re-activating some of them — with behavioural flows
The main benefit is that almost all of required actions might be done by non-developers.
