It very easy for the customers to send images of the issues that they are facing with our services. And it becomes very easier to assist them directly in regards to the issues that they are facing on a live platform. It a very easy way of chatting with customers and solve their concerns. There are times when we are not able to solve the customer's concern in a short period of time and we need to check with the team to understand what best can be provided to customers in those cases we can put them on ''waiting on me'' or ''waiting on user'' and later continue on the same chat and give them a better resolution. Currently, there is nothing that I don't like about verloop , however, sometimes the green circle turns yellow if there is not much chat flow due to which the status gets updated as inactive. Also there are times when it takes a little more time to load the older messages. Even if i directly close the page then to i do not have to reloging again and start the whole login procedure, the page gets opened directly were it was closed . and none of the data is getting vanished in this senario this is the best thing which i like because it usually happens with me whenever i'm in hurry to move from one slide to another. i have also suggested this verloop application to my friends were it will be easier for them to take chats .
