Easy to setup with your business, website. It has lots of objectives in different platforms. Whether you have an e-commerce store, banking industry, logistics, insurance, etc you can use this platform as customer support system. It supports multiple languages so that you can interact with your customers from any region. With Live chat facility you can easily chat with your customers and resolve issues on spot. Can engage customer with welcome message, collecting emails, providing feedback forms. It is built on top of ML and NLP that recognises what your customer say even if they speak colloquially. It allows customers to record their issues and share their thoughts over voice note. You can get insights on website visitors, interactions and get all reports as spreadsheets and pdf files. Can add agents with role base and help customers easily. Agents can simply reply in a few clicks to common questions. Customers can share screenshots for better understanding the issues.
