We are using verloop on our academic institution and school website. It works well as a chatbot in converting and generating leads. Its good in case of responses that give out choices to user. I was looking to use appointment scheduling feature but haven't heard back from verloop. The support is a bit slow. In case of open ended questions, it might falter a bit but over time the faqs training makes it better.
