## About Verizon VoIP Inbound Local Origination
VoIP Inbound Local Origination (VILO) service delivers a consistent caller experience across the customer's U.S. locations and provides centralized call management within Toll Free Network Manager for all of their call center telephone numbers (i.e., Toll Free and Local). All traffic can be centrally managed and has access to all advanced routing features including IVR functionality.

The reliable and relief of knowing the calls will be received and/or routed.

Probably the interface and/price  but Verizon is know to be the most reliable and customer service is always available during work hours.

**What problems is Verizon VoIP Inbound Local Origination solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Routing and storing callls.

Main point would be reliablity, especially during Covid
