**What do you like best about Verizon Virtual Contact Center?**

I love the flexibility and uniqueness that Verizon Virtual Contact Center offers over the traditional call support centre.

**What do you dislike about Verizon Virtual Contact Center?**

All the interactions and communication take place via IT mode. If there exists even a small default or loop hole in the system, it may affect all the channels and the process can become extremely cumbersome to fix and operate.

**What problems is Verizon Virtual Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All the customer queries can be directed to this support centre by the customers via multiple digital channels including chat, emails, etc. 
Amazing cloud interface.
It assists in automating the whole communication process and thereby helps in controlling costs. 
Without being presented physically, all the queries can be simply resolved over the digital support, saving ample of our times. 
Amazing experience with Verizon Virtual Contact Center so far...!!

Representatives are well known for their customer service-oriented process, always willing to help and do assist people within a timely manner, its great to find that all representatives are well trained and are knowledgeable about their product

**What do you dislike about Verizon Virtual Contact Center?**

Not all process are friendly for customers such as me, from time to time to get transfer overseas and its fine however, language barriers from time to time make inquires time-consuming

**Recommendations to others considering Verizon Virtual Contact Center:**

Its a great way to start working with customer service needs so essential to support all type of services, friendly and easy to understand process, Real knowledgeable representatives using technology to create a state of the art experience.

**What problems is Verizon Virtual Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connectivity issues, Not going through the IVR or needed to transfer among representatives, Technical support issues found about my services, billing information not cleared

Nothing at all. Honestly. They are an overrated company.

**What do you dislike about Verizon Virtual Contact Center?**

Verizon as a whole is an extremely overrated company in my opinion. I mean the overall coverage is mediocre and the prices are way too high for the service. So either way, if you're using the service you're going to end up extremely agitated and if you're working at the virtual call center you get to deal with almost nothing but the extremely agitated!

**Recommendations to others considering Verizon Virtual Contact Center:**

Try something else!! Sorry Verizon but that's my honest opinion.

**What problems is Verizon Virtual Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best part of my experience with Verizon was the part where I switched to T-Mobile.
