
In my opinion the best feature about Verizon network based IVR is the call routing. It ensures the customers are directed to the right department. This is quite flexible and can be used to scale the operation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The advantage that I mentioned is also one of the disadvantage. Although it connect to the right department but is too generic making it hard to find the right option for specific issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
