"An IVR that doesn't lead to an infinite death loop?"
What do you like best about Verizon Network Based IVR?

It's not as long as most IVR where it takes 5-6 selections to get to your destination... usually within 2-3 selections you'll be connected after self verifying. The Customer service has seemed to improve through the years as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verizon Network Based IVR?

The options it gives can be vague depending on the reason for your call. It could use more specific options catered to more scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1) Advertised pricing doesn't include fees. Could you give me the REAL price upfront? These deceptive practices must stop! If you have ever had a customer service rep hang up during a service call or you were put on hold, and you were stuck listening to hold music, no, that is not good.
