What I liked most about Verizon Knowledge Assist was its intuitive and modern interface. It was sleek, fast, and extremely easy to navigate, which made finding accurate information quick and stress-free. The real-time response capability and smart search functionality significantly improved efficiency during customer interactions. What I dislike about Verizon Knowledge Assist is that it's overly simplistic sometimes. It often fails to provide in-depth answers or handle complex scenarios, which can be frustrating when more detailed support is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the results doesn't match the question, but I guess it's a machine learning model so it just takes time to learn more and get better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
