There was a need to transfer visa files/cases, documents related to the same, employment documents, and a lot of other confidential information which could only be securely transmitted with reliable broadband set up. Verizon business broadband was chosen after due checks and diligence. **What do you like best about Verizon Business Broadband?** the speeds provided were phenomenal. even though we had a massive traffic and about 800 employees were using this service at one time. The use of VPN does not cause any delays and also remains at a stable link and upload/download speed. the other competitors could not match that and I say this because I have used and experienced a lot of other providers as well **What do you dislike about Verizon Business Broadband?** they charge too much. The service given by them was brilliant but we cant define it as a deluxe experience fr which they charge loads of money. The high cost is also attributable to the brand name and its value which they do not fail to weigh in. **What problems is Verizon Business Broadband solving and how is that benefiting you?** benefits include: 1. good speed 2. secure connections across all platforms 3. reasonably fast data transmission rates 4. stability over Virtual private network enablements. ### 2. They couldn't even get us an LTE hotspot shipped for months. I was told that we would get a hotspot almost immediately and full connectivity in about a month. They also kept making excuses about not having access to the building when they hadn't made contact with us or building management. **Recommendations to others considering Verizon Business Broadband:** Make sure they can get you set up quickly. It may be best to go with another provider if there is a suitable choice in your area. They've taken a long time to set up anything at both locations that we've had them. If you don't have a good backup plan, you'll be out of business by the time they get you set up. **What problems is Verizon Business Broadband solving and how is that benefiting you?** We just want a stable fiber connection with a static IP and halfway decent speed.
