I like that they have good customer service and a good solutions centre. I like how the software manages and consolidates my data and with a few clicks I can get useful reports to help me have a better understanding of what's going on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a lot of features which is great but I think for me it would be helpful to have some simplicity tailored into the software - simpler ways of producing reports, less options if that makes sense? Maybe a slightly different organizational interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Support is average for the type of integration platform that it provides to Dynamics/GP, Overall impressions are a stable system and a reasonable load of resources that are required to run it. Documentation and resources for deployment are available and are not difficult to understand if one is somewhat familiar with GP and Dynamics solutions or add-ons. Not a regular user of veritouch, issues seem to stem from the learning curve of the environment for new or unfamiliar users. Most issues stem from being made to support an X++ based platform (Dynamis, so there is a steep learning curve for automating and scripting for those unfamiliar with that type of programming/scripting language) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
