I really appreciate the cost efficiency we have gained by consolidating all our cloud-hosting needs under one provider with Verito, which has been a significant financial advantage compared to having multiple providers before. This integration has also made our operations more streamlined and effective. The speed of Verito's service seems to have a slight edge over previous solutions we used, adding to its appeal. Additionally, I like having all our applications hosted in one centralized location with Verito. This arrangement has drastically enhanced our productivity, making us more efficient and organized as a team. Overall, these features have positively impacted our workflow and day-to-day operations.

**What do you dislike about Verito?**

I found the setup of Verito to be difficult and more time-consuming than I anticipated. During the initial setup, I encountered several issues with restoring and installing versions of Ultratax and QuickBooks, which made the process frustrating. Additionally, there's a persistent problem with Ultratax settings not retaining across different login locations, which disrupts our workflow. During the switch to Verito, there was a considerable amount of downtime experienced, further impacting our transition. I also wish Verito offered more flexibility with screen usage, allowing me to use it on selected screens while still viewing my desktop on another monitor.

I have been using Verito for seven tax seasons now, primarily in my tax preparation company for our remote desktop needs. I love how easy the setup process was; they set up the remote desktop, added all my past years' Drake software to their platform, and every year when I need to add another platform, I simply give them my new serial number. They handle everything for me, making the transition seamless and effortless for me. What I appreciate most about Verito is their exceptional service and rapid response times. Whenever I have an issue, particularly with updating our tax software when too many employees are logged in, I can email them, and they respond back almost immediately, resolving issues so we can continue working without interruption. Their service is amazing, and the reliability they provide ensures that we never face downtime. I intend to continue using them year after year because of the consistent quality of their service. I consistently recommend Verito to others and rate them a 10 for recommendation because of how beneficial and crucial their support is to my operations.

I have been using Verito for about 5 years, mainly for hosting Drake tax software, QuickBooks, and 1099 payroll programs. I originally switched to Verito from Rightnetworks due to persistent downtime issues. In contrast, transitioning to Verito was an extremely smooth process and the team was incredibly helpful and responsive. Verito has allowed my firm to maintain security and support remote work, featuring aspects such as a backup server and a central sign-in location for employees. This central sign-in feature is crucial as it facilitates my team's ability to work collaboratively in tandem, especially during tax return preparations. Verito stands out because it is a reliable platform with minimal downtime, and the staff's amazing support further solidifies my decision to continue using it. These factors contribute to my high likelihood to recommend Verito to others, rating it a 10 out of 10.

I have been using Verito for five years to host our income tax software, and I find it to be a great solution. The pricing of Verito is a key deciding factor for me, largely due to being more reasonable compared to other options like Right Networks. Setting up Verito was a straightforward process—contacting them and having the necessary apps installed without complications. It also simplifies user management, as it's easy to add or remove user accounts. I particularly appreciate how Verito eliminates the need to maintain a physical server at our office, allowing us to access our systems remotely, which is a feature we truly enjoy. Verito's remote access and secure login requirements make it more secure than having a server in the office. The customer service is exceptional; they respond immediately to any issues, which generally stem from user errors like not logging out properly. Verito's support team addresses these problems efficiently. Overall, the combination of affordability, security, and responsive customer service makes Verito a product I would definitely recommend to others—it’s a solution I trust and endorse wholeheartedly.

We use Verito for our QuickBooks hosting.  I have to say that getting started on Verito was so easy!  They did a great job scheduling time with me to help get our environment up and running properly the first time instead of giving me a KB article to follow.  Connecting into our environment is very simple and easy for my users.

**What do you dislike about Verito?**

Pricing is a little higher than other service hosted platforms.  But so far the price difference has been worth it.  We use QuickBooks hosted on Verito. 

The only struggle I had was transferring files, more specifically large files, over to the hosted environment.  The connection into the environment is through RDP whcih has very slow data transfer rates.  I had to get with their support to get it transferred through the back end.

**What problems is Verito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company is fully in the cloud and we grow through aquisitions of other companies.  By nature these companies that we are aquiring are small businesses and usually use Quickbooks for their financials.  By moving their quickbooks to Verito it eliminates the need to multiple hoopos to jump through to gain access, VPNs, local hardware, local installation of software, etc.  Verito is accessible from anywhere and is simple for our users to use.

I really appreciate how Verito stands out in the market because it seems to match our requirements better than others and aligns with the features and cost we researched. I love that setting up Verito was much easier than expected, especially compared to the complexities of in-house servers which required constant technical support. The smooth setup with Verito was a pleasant surprise, exceeding my expectations. I also appreciate the system's reliability, as there have been practically no downtimes in the past year. It's great to know there's always someone responsive to talk to, which is something I really value. Verito effectively supports our tax preparation and payroll needs, making it convenient to share software among remote and in-office employees. I find it beneficial that I can access the server even while traveling overseas without any issues, and my employees enjoy using it. The offerings of Verito fulfill about 90% of our requirements, and I love the ability to handle multiple software versions efficiently. The support is easily accessible, and the staff is friendly and helpful, which makes the entire experience pleasant. The reasonable price point also appeals to me. Lastly, the downtime is minimal, and the system’s speed has significantly improved, which supports both current and future business operations effectively.

I find the current limitations related to software integration to be a bit restrictive. It would be beneficial if Verito could expand its capability to add more software directly onto the server, as this would enhance operational flexibility—currently, I have to manage QuickBooks on the desktop rather than within Verito. Additionally, the inability to directly use a scanner to upload documents to the server is inconvenient. Instead, I have to scan documents to the desktop and then transfer them manually, which is an extra step I'd prefer to avoid.

**What do you like best about Verito?**

Since making the change to hosting my tax software on Verito servers and then adding their managed IT services, my IT duties have been reduced dramatically. Implementation was done remotely and in a relatively short period of time. Downtime is rare, support services (when needed) are quick, my WISP is in place, my data is backed up and secure, and updates are seamless. My devices are analyzed quarterly so I'll know in advance when its time to replace them. I often speak to the same reps during calls and they are all courteous and knowledgeable. I'm very satisfied.

**What do you dislike about Verito?**

The only downside to using Verito is that they can't help with on-site hardware repairs/replacements. I have found a local provider to help in these situations.

**What problems is Verito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The online hosting offered by my tax software vendor was unstable and expensive. Very frustrating. Switched to Verito hosted server two years ago and it has been a night and day difference. Their servers are stable. I have rarely needed support and when I have, it is quick and the reps are knowledgeable. 

The managed IT services are tailored for the accounting industry and include my WISP. My devices are backed up, updated, and I know the overall health of each one.

I am able to access my software and files from any location. I'm a Drake Software user and rather than switch to an online Tax program, Verito makes working from various locations possible with ease! I use Verito daily! I'm also able to print locally while in Verito. I am so glad I didn't have to quit using Drake! Support is always timely and helpful. Setup was a breeze. The very few times I've needed support, I had a resolution in minutes! I've only experienced an issue with logging into the server once and they resolved it so fast! No downtime with Verito! I just wish I found Verito sooner. It's been a Game Changer for my firm.

**What do you like best about Verito?**

I like that there are no lags with Verito hosting.  Previous hosting platforms I have used had many instances where the hosting was down and for a period of time longer than it should have been.  I've had one instance in over 3 years with Verito and the down time was less than 10 minutes.  I am a year-round accountant with a small staff of professionals and really need access to our tax and accounting softwares without disruptions.  Verito has really provided that.

Service with any issues with hosting are super quick whether you call them or send an email.  Previous hosting took hours for a resolution.  Never have I had that issue with Verito.  There customer service is absolutely amazing!

Adding & integrating softwares - Verito will install softwares for you which makes it so much easier.  I just have to login and it's ready to use

**What do you dislike about Verito?**

Cost for hosting tax and bookkeeping and adding users can creep up and get a little costly.  Still overall better than prior hosting platforms.

**What problems is Verito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to use Tax and Desktop Bookkeeping through hosting that eliminates having to pay for a separate server and maintaining it.  Less stress and more productivity since our small team are all remote.

Additionally, the initial setup was reasonably good once we figured out what was needed. It was easy to provide the basic information and they got to it the same day.

I find it challenging to understand the customer support because they are mostly foreigners. Better English speakers would be helpful.

I switched to Verito from a server that was managed by a software provider about 3 years ago and I am happy I did. We have not had any issues with downtime and users log in almost every day, the cost is competitive, installation is easy and support is very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Verito?**

The only downside is the inability to update certain software as a user. At certain times of the year, we have certain software that updates daily and reaching out to support is a bit of a pain. I also wish I could track user activity; the only solution I was presented was a log showing who is using the server at the current time. It would be nice to see past activity and more detail usage reports.

I am not satisfied with Verito at all. Their pricing feels misleading and seems designed to attract customers only to upsell them later.

Their WISP review seems more focused on promoting their own products than on delivering a genuine summary of the WISP. They require the company to supply detailed information that should already be accessible to them, which ends up wasting valuable time. Also, because they outsource to India, it is often difficult to understand what the representative is saying.

There has been no benefit for me at all; instead, they have only caused problems.

On WISP: Our process asks for detailed firm information because a compliant WISP has to reflect your specific security practices, not a generic template. That said, if the process felt like a sales pitch instead of a compliance conversation, we missed the mark. That's on us.

On support: Our internal support team is Indian.-based and available 24/7. If you were routed to someone difficult to understand, I'd like to know more so we can look into what happened.

On pricing: We don't do hidden fees or forced upsells. If something in your experience felt that way, I want to understand where the disconnect happened.

Verito has been an outstanding partner for my small, two-person firm.  What truly sets them apart is their exceptional responsiveness—whether I have a question, run into a problem, or just make a mistake, they’re always quick to help. They actually answer the phone and respond to emails at any time of day, which is rare and incredibly valuable.

In five years, I've only experienced about 15 minutes of total downtime, which speaks volumes about their reliability. I’ve never managed to stump their support team—they’re always knowledgeable, patient, and ready to assist. That level of consistent, dependable service is exactly what I need from a hosting provider.

The only dislike I have is going to be price - their rates have gone up, but so have everyone elses!  It's a cost of doing business.

Verito has been a lifesaver for my firm. The ease of use and security have been game changers. The two times I've had issues/questions (which should honestly tell you how great it is, that I haven't had any more problems with it), their customer service has been responsive, helpful, and solved my problems quickly. I use Verito daily for work and appreciate the peace of mind it gives me that my software and client data is secure. I should also mention I run it off a Mac (which I know is a no-no in the accounting/finance world, but as they say, once you go Mac, you don't go back). The integration and ease of use running it off a Remote Desktop has been fantastic.

The support is A+ and there is virtually zero downtime. I have been a customer for going on 3 years now and maybe have had a total of 1 hour of downtime in three years. That is amazingly impressive.  The support staff is beyond responsive via email and even calls me if I don't respond in time to be sure I'm not in distress. The speed is just as if I were on a local PC and I host A LOT OF programs. I have all my software running with Verito and have up to 9 remote staff using the servers at once.

**What do you dislike about Verito?**

I wish it were free! Seriously, there is nothing that I do not like. The prices are great, and the service is excellent.

**What problems is Verito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have staff all over the world, and we used to use a local RDP that was a nightmare. So much downtime, log in issues. I had staff who were unable to log in regularly. With Verito, I have zero login problems. Also, if my staff ever has any software issues, instead of messaging me to fix it, they message Verito.

**What do you like best about Verito?**

Verito customer service is excellent and their response is fast. Their support team is there ready to support you at all times. Our cloud server with them is a dedicated cloud server just for our company and isn't shared with others. Their pricing is reasonable and well worth the cost. Their system is very easy to use with almost no downtime. We use this system every day during tax season as well as thru the rest of the year. Switching over to their cloud server was easy with their support. It was a smooth transition. We look forward to continuing to work with them. Thanks to Verito! They came to our rescue when we needed them.

**What do you dislike about Verito?**

I don't have any complaints. This is our first tax season using them and we have been well satisfied.

**What problems is Verito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are providing a secure environment for us in hosting sensitive data that is required to be held in a highly secure environment at all times. It is building trust with our clientele as they rely on us for keeping their data safe and secure.
