Easy to use CLISH menu and straight foward to find errors and Support are very helpful if any errors encountered. **What do you dislike about Veritas Backup Appliances?** They are difficult to get downloaded software onto them and then upgrade. Easy to open shares. Add the functionality of web console upgrades to existing appliances. **Recommendations to others considering Veritas Backup Appliances:** Appliances are based on linux so can be difficult but has a good CLISH menu to make easy to use. **What problems is Veritas Backup Appliances solving and how is that benefiting you?** Backup environment all in one place and take up less rackspace and saves costs for this.
