What do you like best about Verint Community (formerly Telligent)?

Among the many resources on Verint Community, the most valuable for us have to be the User Groups. The insights and knowledge shared from the Analytics and Quality Groups surpass any expectations we had when joining the group. We've now had our whole team join the Quality Group. Telligent Community Platform provides an entire solution of a community platform to be used by businesses and enterprises. Usually CMS is catered for all purposes but this platform is completely towards community development which is helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verint Community (formerly Telligent)?

Some of the functionality feel half finished and not completely baked in. Developers in my team had to rectify and resolve majority of the issues and create a custom solution of their own which is time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Verint Community (formerly Telligent) solving and how is that benefiting you?

For my business, it was really helpful to use the tool which gave me access to various Script API using Velocity & .net for backend. These have helped us build widgets and themes based on our requirements and design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Verint Workforce Management for Back-Office?

The ease of our employees entering activities and calculating effiency with MyTime. Additionally, we use Time Off Manager to request time off. Our leaders are able to navigate the system with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In MyTime, there is no turning back if a daily sheet is deleted. An undo button or the ability to retrieve something deleted. In Time off manager the ability to adjust requests after approval Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The WFM solution has so much to offer! Our company is still in the midst of configuring the product in a way that works best for our business needs, but I can see so much potential we have yet to unlock. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have found some opportunities for advancement in the product, at least in the version we have. There is a rounding discrepancy that we found that Veirnt support have told us there is no known fix for, and we have some additional forecasting needs that we still have to meet manually.
