Speech Analytics has been a game-changer for our operations! The accurate transcriptions provide incredible insights into customer interactions, and the automated quality forms have streamlined our evaluation process. What do you like best about Verint Open CCaaS?

Insight is easy to garner from the application! The tools make it easy to root cause and sum up the customer experience. Implementing new updates is easy in the cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verint Open CCaaS?

Downsides? Hard to find any. The only one thing I can think of is a tiny piece of functionality that was lost in DPA when it was on prem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Verint Open CCaaS?

Their solution is very flexible and easy to implement. Maintenance is equally very straightforward. When requesting assistance from them, they are always responsive and give requests urgency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verint Open CCaaS?

I really don't have anything on the negative side. As a wishlist item, I would like to see the ability to confirm the caller is on the phone before delivering a callback to an agent. This would address situations where the caller does not answer or is not available when the agent calls them back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
