**What do you like best about Verint Automated Quality Management?**

The automation of quality checks has significantly reduced the time we spend on manual reviews, allowing us to focus on other important tasks.Verint AQM offers detailed analytics and reports that have given us deeper insights into our performance and areas for improvement.

**What do you dislike about Verint Automated Quality Management?**

Setting up the system took a bit longer than we anticipated, and we needed some support to get everything configured correctly.

Verint AQM has been a positive addition to our workflow, streamlining our quality management processes and providing valuable insights.

VAQM is super easy to use and I can review/edit my submitted audits right away.

I beleive there's nothing I dislike about this tool.

It allows us to save more time in auditing than using microsoft forms.

**What do you like best about Verint Automated Quality Management?**

Verint Automated Quality Management is extremely user friendly with a number of great features including the reporting features.

**What do you dislike about Verint Automated Quality Management?**

Verint Automated Quality Management required a lot of tuning to get the scores to be acurate which was time consuming.

**What problems is Verint Automated Quality Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Automated Quality Management, we were only evaluating 4 calls per agent per month-- a tiny fraction of the total calls that the agents took in a month. With AQM, we are able to evaluate ALL of their calls from a black and white perspective. AQM takes care of all of our compliance and regulatory questions which enables our leaders and Quality Team to focus on soft skills. It really is a win-win!

**What do you like best about Verint Automated Quality Management?**

The depth of what AQM seems to offer appears to be incredible and allows for AQM to help target the smallest details and outliers.

**What do you dislike about Verint Automated Quality Management?**

I consider myself fairly tech savy and a new user to AQM within Verint.  I don't feel the user interaction is the easiest to navigate. It almost feels like I have to be an expert with Verint first to even begin using the AQM stuff and navigating through it.  Seems like a lot of learning is trial and error

**What problems is Verint Automated Quality Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy answer is to review and score more calls.  So much of our review process is time consuming and manual. We will be able to capture a bigger sample size and better target our coaching

Clear visuals and arrangement of the information, everything simple and clear and organized what else can you ask for?

**What do you dislike about Verint Automated Quality Management?**

So far I don't really have any complaints, the only and is not determining is that sometimes with big data it frozes from time to time but can be equipment related

**What problems is Verint Automated Quality Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly real-time analysis of KPI's, quality assurance and overall performance of work teams

Steep learning curve. Getting adjusted to using and setting it up can be difficult
