What do you like best about Verifarma T&T?

The product is perfect. but which one not. The key is people, supporting and being available. In my opinion most of the current services is impersonal, they are very much near us and helpfull. Always when they start something, they finish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Verifarma T&T?

Web-based system. Customizable solutions. Personnel (KAM, PM) flexibility. Good solution for smaller enterprises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verifarma T&T?

Helpdesk. I like the new ticketing portal but still requires some customisation / systematic supervision of tickets / language improvement.

The english version of the T&T software has minor linguistic glitches. Not very cheap, but acceptable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Verifarma T&T solving and how is that benefiting you?

Serialisation of medicinal products is a legal obligation. Verifarma enables our company to comply mostly without headaches. Our business situation is complicated but they help to oversee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
