What do you like best about Verasity?

We implemented the tool as a MSSP and the following were the benefits:

1. Customer support was top notch and ability to influence their roadmap

2. The product has unique features that have been pertinent to the client i.e. traditional features and unique features (such as deep fake)

3. This was the most comprehensive Cyber awareness and training software we had evaluated and used for our client base

4. The UI is intuitive and easy to use

What do you dislike about Verasity?

I think the tool does need to do a better job at marketing as it feels like one had to reach out to the vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Verasity solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP), we’ve seen firsthand how traditional cybersecurity awareness platforms fall short — they’re often static, outdated, and disconnected from the real-world threats our clients face daily. Verasity is helping us bridge that gap. It brings a fresh, forward-thinking approach by combining behavioral psychology, AI-driven automation, and deepfake simulation — something we haven’t seen anywhere else.

This has allowed us to offer a more modern, tailored cyber awareness solution to our clients, which in turn strengthens their overall security posture. The multi-channel simulation capability (phishing, smishing, vishing, deepfake video, etc.) makes the training much more realistic and impactful.

We’ve noticed improved user engagement, lower click rates on phishing campaigns, and more meaningful learning outcomes — all while being able to offer this as a value-added service in our MSSP portfolio. Verasity Simulation tools uses AI-generated deepfake simulations to train employees against sophisticated social engineering attacks — including voice cloning, video impersonations, and realistic “CEO fraud” scenarios.
