Ventrek allows you to plot your 3-year action plan while simultaneously supporting the day-to-day execution of your team.

You can set up each business unit in the environment and your corporate objectives and activities.

It allows you to organize your short-term to-do list, your 90-day objectives, and your annual objectives. The beauty is that it ties all activities together. You can see how your 3-year objective cascades into your current 90-day objectives. You can also see all of the 90-day objectives throughout the organization tied to an overall corporate objective. For example, During our last 3-year cycle, we were able to see that one strategic objective had over 180 90-day objectives tied to it from different team members during the 3-year period.

The system allows you to lot and track weekly activity metrics into a scorecard for your team as well as longer-term quarterly and annual KPIs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software's initial setup can take some getting used to, but once you do, it is pretty intuitive.

Currently, the system cannot aggregate scorecard data from multiple business units.

For example, perhaps you have a weekly data point you want to measure at the department and company levels. You are unable to have multiple department measures aggregate into one number reported at the company level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The scorecard and the flow from the BHAG to the 3 year objectives to the 1 year objectives is very smooth. I like the ability to have many different departments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish it had a notification feature for ownership/integrator to be notified when scorecards are updated or not updated after a certain time.

I also wish the scorecard on kept track of the averages for the quarter you're currently in.
