**What do you like best about VensureHR?**

I do payroll processing and also have access to my own employee portal when I am in the programming.  When I have issues with the time sheet entry and have to reach out to a contact, it is very timely.

**What do you dislike about VensureHR?**

At this time, I do not have any complaints with the VensureHR programming, nor the performance,  I inform my employees that they can manage the different aspects of their own accounts just by logging into the app or using the mobile app to look over information in their own account.

Software is well built out, higher level management is good.

**What do you dislike about VensureHR?**

Wait times for support. Non-responsiveness for day on urgent matters. Sometimes I feel like I know more about main software than Vensure team does.

**What problems is VensureHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pricing was a huge issue and that has been our main objective on transitioning to Vensure HR

only thing is we filed for ERTC funding over 2 years ago and still nothing and dont get alot of communication on this

Solving ways to expediate payroll, the Zoom is pretty neat feature for employees to get paid early

**What do you like best about VensureHR?**

I find VensureHR's payroll processing easy and appreciate the responsive support and knowledgeable HR staff. The payroll timesheet feature is quick and easy, calculating everything for me, and allows for easy approval or changes.

**What do you dislike about VensureHR?**

The benefits enrollment, choices, and management need improvement. It feels rushed, and the staff needs a better understanding of offerings. Insurance details are vague, and policy information is hard to get. The process could be better with knowledgeable people available, a longer enrollment process, maybe an in-person option, and more details for better benefits.

**What problems is VensureHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use VensureHR for quick payroll processing and employee relations support. It helps with hiring, termination advice, and has responsive support as well as knowledgeable HR staff. The payroll timesheet is quick and easy, streamlining approval and changes.

**What do you like best about VensureHR?**

I like that I can manage all six of our companies from one login with VensureHR. I also appreciate having access to people who assist with payroll and HR issues. It's very easy to manage payroll across all my companies, and I find it relatively cheap. Adding new employees to the system is straightforward, which makes the onboarding process smoother.

**What do you dislike about VensureHR?**

I have had issues in the past getting my PTO programs for our companies set up in a timely manner. Make the turnaround time faster to get it set up.

**What problems is VensureHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VensureHR helps us with payroll, HR, insurances, and garnishments. I can manage all six companies from one login, and it's easy and cost-effective.

Vensure HR is laid out aesthetically well. It is very easy to navigate both the employee and admin portals.

**What do you dislike about VensureHR?**

Sometimes logging in can get stuck or is slow to login. From the admin portal it can be difficult to find certain reports if you dont already know where they are.

**What problems is VensureHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VensureHR helps us keep all of our employee documents in one place without having to worry about paper copies getting lost or damaged. It allows for easy access to information for employees to review their details.

Vensure has multiple avenues and tools to assist.  It is wonderful to have so many resources available through Vensure.

**What do you dislike about VensureHR?**

As Vensure has grown bigger, you are not always aware of who to contact for certain items.  Fortunalty my customer service rep points me in the right direction.  They are not as responsive as when it was just OneSource, but they still do a good job.

**What problems is VensureHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of payroll and wonderful partners with Workers Comp and Unemployment.  Becky Hall in WC is fantastic!

We had a great implementation with our new Vensure partners. I t was very smooth and we find the platform easy to navigate.

Everything has been very good with Vensure, so far. We have found that most of our requests can be met, however there are some limits to the amount of customization you can make in the system.

It has saved us time in processing our timekeeping, payroll and payroll tax processing functions.

**What do you like best about VensureHR?**

I like VensureHR for their great customer service. I can get in contact with someone via email very quickly, which is really helpful. They also walked us through the whole implementation process and were willing to have as many calls with us as we needed. When setting up the platform, they provided all of the necessary instructions and offered additional support whenever we needed it.

**What do you dislike about VensureHR?**

I wish that their portal was a little bit prettier. There's a lot of information there, a lot of reports, and links to different places. But it's not as visually nice as other portals.

VensureHR integrates everything in one place for benefits access and administration. It offers strong customer service with quick email responses and guided implementation. We switched to it for its robust platform and PEO benefits.

**What do you like best about VensureHR?**

I like the fast replies from VensureHR representatives and find the system easy to handle, which lets me work faster and with no worries. The good pricing is a plus, and I appreciate that the payroll works with not much problem. I also found the initial setup pretty simple and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about VensureHR?**

Benefits enrollment this year was bad, the BEC is really not easy to handle. At some point, representatives stopped sending benefits guides and overviews. Also, enrollment periods were very short.

**What problems is VensureHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VensureHR helps with payroll, tax-related deductions, and state accounts. I appreciate the fast representative response, easy system handling, good pricing, and payroll efficiency. It lets me work faster and without worries compared to other PEOs.

The user interface is navigatable. I specifically like the ease of requesting PTO time from the employee perspective and approving PTO from the Manager side.

**What do you dislike about VensureHR?**

At times there is a significant lag in response time from the staff.

**What problems is VensureHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything is at arms length, for example all state rules and regulations are provided to the employer and that is a MAJOR problem solved for an employer who has multiple offices in different states like we do.

Turn around time can be slow.  Would like more dedicated service.  A go to person rather than a department email approach

The staff at Vensure make sure your company is compliant and stays on track with all requirements. The onboarding is smooth and painless and the payroll system is simple enough to use, yet covers all the bases.

**What do you dislike about VensureHR?**

I wish the interface were a little more user friendly, but at least I can bookmark the tasks I use often.

With Vensure as a PEO, they make sure all compliance tasks are maintained and deadlines are met.

The communication is poor and we are constantly reaching out for updates on taxes that should be paid by Vensure.

The team are very knowledgable and quick with responses.  The UI could be better its a little clunky and reports are hard to navagate.  It has all we need to support our US HR Function

**What do you dislike about VensureHR?**

The reports are clunky - The UI is not great. We do not have any integrations.  It would be cool if it had integrations with Medical suppliers. I have not seen any AI features

**What problems is VensureHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

US Payroll and benefits.

The idea of our HR and payroll being under one roof.

I am a small business owner who used Vensure HR for just over one year, and this has been the most disappointing vendor experience in my 10 years in business. During our time with Vensure, we experienced multiple serious payroll failures, including two missed payrolls despite meeting submission deadlines. I was forced to issue paper checks and reimburse employees for late fees when automatic payments overdrafted their accounts. In another instance, payroll was withdrawn three times in one day, including wire fees. It took multiple business days to recover the excess funds. There were also ongoing communication breakdowns and unresolved benefits-related issues. These problems were documented, repeatedly raised, and well known internally, yet they continued. As a result, we lost trust in Vensure’s ability to reliably manage payroll, a core PEO responsibility.

Due to these failures, we transitioned away and provided written notice on December 11 to terminate December 31. Despite multiple follow-ups from myself and my Practice Manager, Vensure did not respond until December 18, even though several messages were time-sensitive.

Most concerning, on Christmas Eve, just two business days before our final payroll, I was notified for the first time of a $2,500 early termination fee, never disclosed during our transition (only buried in fine print of the contract signed a year+ prior). I was not given the option to adjust our end date. Instead, $2,995 was withdrawn from my account without discussion, $495 more than the contract’s stated maximum. This amount, along with funds owed for benefits calculation errors, has still not been returned.

This has been the worst customer experience I’ve had to date. I share this so other business owners can make informed decisions when choosing a payroll and HR partner.

None, more were created by the time we ended our contract.

**What do you like best about VensureHR?**

I like the online form to fill out for payroll.  I can access reports online as well.  Onboarding was easy initially and continues to be as we add new employees.  The personal support is what keeps us with Vensure.

**What do you dislike about VensureHR?**

Our SUTA has been late 2 times and I have to let them know before it gets paid.  The yearly reports are not as robust as the ones for shorter periods of time.

**What problems is VensureHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps our employees have easy access to their paystubs and other information about their pay.

Their website is not friendly to use especially for small businesses without personnel who deal with HR and HR type data all the time. Also too much turnover in staff.
