What I like best is the ease of use and ability to pay for services when I need to use the platform. I like being able to purchase either a month, three months, or more of time to use the full features that I need when I need them. When my paid upgrade service is over, my created designs are not lost, and when I need to work on new ones, I pay for the upgrade service again (instead of using the free plan), and all my designs are there for me to use/edit or create new! I wish all templates were available in a single upgrade. Having to upgrade to higher plan levels to gain access to specific templates seems a bit much. Overall, it is a great service! I like it much more than competitors in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it is easy to search and find templates and then add my business branding, including colors, logo, signatures, and more. There are so many templates for the types of documents I need to produce. Then, with a click I can export as pdf and other versions and quickly send the documents to clients. It is easier to use Venngage to produce a presentation deck than the common office apps. Sometimes the templates are limiting. Sometimes it would be helpful to be able to use building blocks to create a new document rather than just choosing pre-set templates or having to create from scratch. I would to be able to set up a collection of documents that all share the same look and feel with my branding (e.g. letterhead, business cards, quote, proposal, presentation deck). I thoroughly enjoyed the templates and ease of use. They showed the "real-life" application of each style. The colors were very industry-relevant, and at the same time, nothing was cookie cutter. This software has many useful style guides, templates, and even relevant information that professionals like myself can use. I even found the information educational and informative. I could only make one "Brand template and style guide" also, I would have loved to have been able to import text from a word document. Haveing to copy, paste and format every single turned out to be somewhat frustrating. But it wasn't a game changer.

I love Venngage's templates! The templates make it super easy to create new content quickly! I also LOVE their customer service! Every single time I have had a question or an issue, they have helped me to resolve it ASAP. We ran into an issue where we needed to transfer infographics to a new account and the Venngage team went above and beyond to assist us!

It's really usefull and is easy to use it. I like the posibilities, the designs, images and transactions. I like that if I don't ant to waste my time and effort in a basic presentation with other software, I just use one new presentation from Venngage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Maybe the conditions to access the first time, or the full content you have since the first time, and maybe some tutorials could help for the beginners. For a non-designer that needs easy design solutions, this is the top product! It helps with easy customization options, branding toolkits, and great options for sharing designs. Limit of 500 images, and have to delete photo uploads one at a time. Files get downloaded as a pdf or png, sometimes stakeholders ask for files they can reuse in other design programs, which isn't possible with Venngage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Venagage has allowed our organization to take standardized SOPs and creatively produce easy-to-understand infographics. Venngage is an easy to navigate platofrm that allows any size organization to produce world-class documents for most MS Office integration.
