Blissfully is one of those tools that drives value to every part of the organization. Whether you are in IT, DevOps, Finance, Security or HR, Blissfully provides a magnifying glass into application spend and usage in this time of SaaS sprawl that plagues many organizations. The time to value is virtually immediate and the more major systems you integrate it with (e.g. Okta, QuickBooks, G Suite, Sales Forces) the better quality of actionable data you get that can actually drive not only decision but cost savings. Like any tool that deals with applications I would like to see more native app integrations out of the box. While you can integrate Blissfully with custom apps with a little bit of work, no tool ever has all the apps you need right out of the gate. Blissfully is a fantastic tool for gaining insight into the wide array of tools and SaaS apps in play at our company. It goes beyond merely providing much needed intelligence by supporting common workflows including on/off boarding and vendor management. From a compliance and risk assessment perspective we're thrilled by how much Blissfully helps simplify evidence gathering during periodic audits of our business operations. It's a must-have! Workflow tasks can only be assigned to specific people or pre-determined roles like "IT Lead" and "Team Lead". It would map better to our business needs if there was flexibility to assign to custom groups/teams. This would allow us to increase the bus factor on tasks that entire teams are responsible for and align better to how we execute these workflows in practice. It's very user friendly, I like the UI and design. Very easy to set up, a bit time consuming at the beginning, but once set up, it's a matter of clicking a few buttons and you're done (for onboarding/offboarding). It has so many interesting/useful features which I haven't gotten around to trying out yet, but I'm eager to start using them.

There are a few features that I think can be improved. That being said, their support team is amazing. I am very pleased and impressed with the level of commitment and responsiveness I've received from them. Those guys (Aaron & Sunny) are simply awesome - they are always ready/willing to help (even during late night hours!). To be honest there are very few things. Customers who send secured invoices via email are tricky to track but that's not Blissfully's fault Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Both the product and the responsiveness of the team! Blissfully syncs our data automatically and makes risk and spend reviews really easy. The couple of times i had a question, their support team jumped right on it and got it sorted in minutes! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Blissfully does a great job of continually improving their product. Anytime I ask about functionality not already on the platform they're quick to tell me if it can be added, and where it fits on their road map. It does a good job of capturing new SaaS accounts and spend and has been instrumental in helping me get control of our SaaS in a young, rapidly growing business.
