So far their are not many downsides, however only during the trial of the product did we realise that we needed a fully licnesed (Standard) VM evnrionmet for the product to work. It will not work with any free licnese of VM ware as it requires access to the API (not sure if its avaialbe for the essentials).

It was easy to install, configure the backups and restore. We usually get immediate reply from the support team. We try to push the product to take Virtual Machine backup which is mostly required at customer place.

We haven't configure integration with any other apps so not sure how it works. If possible, please schedule a Demo session for the same.

The user friendly interface, helps with the intallation and integration of the backups. We use it to backup out virtual machines, every day incremental and once a week full. Simple Straight forward setup of failover images. Customer Support was quick to answer questions I had about cloud backup. It is used daily to backup our data as well. All are very easy to implement. Comprehensive backup system. It backs up all of the company data that requires backup in one place. I love that the backup is done on our own dedicated machine so that we have it off-site and off-line. Setup was super easy and configuration was straight forward with the ability to fine tune the items that need to be included. My mind is as ease becuase I setup the system to send me the backup result email. If anything goes wrong I know imediately after the backup is complete.
