Integration and training is very straightforward and fast which allows new users to get acclimated quickly. We started out with the basic features, which addressed the bulk of our scheduling issues, then "turned on" additional features to enhance the experience, better control scheduling, better control labor and equipment resources, and improve throughput. Customer support is phenomenal and super responsive to issues and ideas for future enhancements. As we continue to grow, Velostics will be able to keep up with our needs. Some settings and workflows are understandably fixed, based on initial development, which requires our internal SOP customization to workaround, but there has not been a major obstacle that hasn't been addressed, improved, or fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
