One of the most beneficial aspects of this software is its ability to manage all my Safety Data Sheets (SDS) needs internally, eliminating the need to search for these documents online. This efficiency has been a game-changer, as it also allows me to print labels directly from the platform. The safety training features are another highlight, offering clear, detailed, and user-friendly guidance which I find extremely valuable. The chemical management capabilities, particularly searching the SDS library, are indispensable for my work. Additionally, the support response time was slow, taking about forty-eight hours to address my queries, which could be improved, especially when dealing with urgent issues.
