It is very user friendly and efficient! I like that i am able to call and see all of the information about a prospective student on the same screen. I am able to run my business and see the results easily on the dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing that I dislike about this system is that it is very small font and I wish it would be a little larger. I think the priority queue could offer more options so that leads in different statuses can be seen. In the beginning, it took me a while to figure out how to use it. I could have definitely used a "how to" navigation screen when you log in the first couple of times. The fact that they can mislead you with the leads as in, when velocify gets the leads from lending tree or whom ever they need to be scrubbed and double checked for duplicate requests/leads. Changing the loan amount doesn't mean new lead. Then when we call the client is mad because they didn't request new information it was just never closed out from before.
