What do you like best about Vektor TMS?

I use Vektor TMS to streamline my trucking company, and it has saved me so much time on keeping up with drivers' paperwork and billing. It's very simple to use and easy to learn, which I appreciate. The price is cheap compared to how much time it saves me—it's amazing. I also find the system to be the best I've come across; you just need to watch the training videos, and Max can teach you how to use it. It's so simple and easy. I also appreciate the variety of integrations available, like integrating load boards, the factoring company, dispatchers, drivers, and with QuickBooks. What do you dislike about Vektor TMS?

What do you like best about Vektor TMS?

I find Vektor very user friendly to use. It is easy to setup loads in the platform and dispatch them to drivers. I love the amount of info that is available for each load after it has been dispatched. You can see where the drivers are, and about how long they have to pickup or delivery. Billing is also very easy and quick. Also their support team is readily available to answer any questions or direct me how to do something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vektor TMS?

At this point I don't really see any downsides to Vektor. The few issues I have found with the software have been addressed quickly by their support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
