The Audit trail feature makes it easier to ensure the Quality process is maintained and followed as per SOP. Easy navigation within the system and an amazing vendor relationship. Reports are quite visual which makes them presentable. Their Flash report feature would generate a report and send it as per the team needs which can quarterly, bi-weekly.
