With the old system, we had no way to fix the issues we were having and the communication with the platform subject matters experts was poor. With the Veeva platform, we had the experts right at our fingertips to communicate any problems. ### 4. It is so easy to work on the same documents within multiple teams especially since a lot of our work happens overseas. It is so easy to look for anything within the system and helps us keep updated with eCTD data requirements. **What do you dislike about Veeva Vault PromoMats?** Since we use macros on word, veeva doesn't support it on office 365 online and hence the documents open on the local drive. This isn't a big issue as all documents eventually do get saved on the veeva system. Very expensive. **Recommendations to others considering Veeva Vault PromoMats:** it's an amazing system but makes sure each and every user is trained or it can become confusing within teams to operate on documents where multiple users are working on. **What problems is Veeva Vault PromoMats solving and how is that benefiting you?** Veeva has been of great use to us where it automatically generates forms and creates a bulk package with the latest eCTD data requirements and hence submissions are prepared faster.
