None I can tell. In the very beginning (about around 2018) eventually, we had some stability issues with the streaming but never recently. They were able to improve all technical aspects to minimize any inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is easy to use, stable, and includes all major functions. The virtual classroom allows users to upload content and to interact on virtual a whiteboard with writing/editing tools that are accessible to all users. The pricing system is excellent -- it lets us choose our solution based on how many classrooms and users we need. The Vedamo staff is quick to respond and always tries their best to solve all issues. It would be great if the virtual classroom can be improved upon for mobile use on tablets and smartphones. As of now, it is not very practical to use on these devices, especially for younger students. There is no option to see all users and the whiteboard at the same time when the platform goes into mobile mode and this is very limiting for our students. More and more students are using mobile devices for their lessons so it would be very important to improve on this aspect.
Also, there is no telephone number to call to speak to the Vedamo staff when there is an emergency. There is only the chat box. On a few occasions we have found ourselves needing immediate assistance but having to wait for someone to answer our messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the technical support assistants do not take enough time to throughly listen to what you need to will try and respond quickly. This causes you to be on a chat with them longer and re-explain your issue over and over again Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is well designed at every level, sparing teachers the effort of sending invitations every time and allowing both teachers and students to work directly, without going through unnecessary steps. I like how students are displayed in a fixed order and how the Whiteboard is a focus of the classroom. I am able to arrange my materials (audio, documents, etc) before class. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is little to improve, as the sound quality has improved quite a bit recently. I think, however, the one thing I would improve is that I would like to be able to monitor ALL breakout rooms at once, to have an ear on all, to see if students are behaving and on task. The virtual classroom is easy to use and safe and secure for children and adults.
1: Customer services is outstanding. There has never been a time when someone has not got back to me.
2: I have been using it from around 2020 and think that in my two years it has been the best classroom I have used.
3: I stay and put up with all the other issues as I like the virtual classroom because:
- can teach on multiple pages
- play games like bingo, snakes and ladders and do quizzes
- it is easy to do break out rooms or just have students working on different pages – you can rename the pages.
- like how secure for children the virtual rooms are
- can create permanent links so they use it all the time
- upload pdf’s / word docs and mark on them very easily
- Can upload images
4: BEST THING 😊 – can do a ‘print screen’ from anywhere on my PC or internet and paste it into the classroom. This is an excellent feature and saves time if I do not want to screen share. 1: Cannot automatically do repeating lessons e.g. same day and time of the week - each week. These must be typed in separately.
2: Must type in the date and time for each one separately.
3: No place to privately write personal comments about students' performance.
4: No sticky notes to leave a note for yourself.
5: If you have several courses and they run over several weeks, you will have a lot of data to enter. In general, courses are very labour intensive to set-up and so it is easy to make mistakes with dates and times of lessons/courses.
6: Messages - no bell to tell you that you have a message, so how will you know you have a message? Good idea, but not executed correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
