When I want to edit the results and use the pen, it's not very intuitive with what I want it to do, I even try and imitate how it did certain parts of the photo so I get a similar result, but it doesn't understand what I want it to do. Simple and easy to use with an intuitive interface. The fact that there is a web and software version is a huge plus! We use it for both standard graphic design but also with our laser engraver and cutter. Vector Magic could be a good software for image vectorization but not the perfect one. There are many features and improvements that the software is currently lacking. It takes very long time to import high-resolution and a bit larger sized images and also takes much time for processing. Yes the software is fully automatic to create vector graphic images but the automatic vectorization always do not provide the best result; some things need to be corrected manually by the user. But the software had not provided much options to customize and polish the images according to the user's interest.
