Vcita has been one of the best decisions our service has made since we launched two years ago. We originally used a CRM through another provider but found this to be clunky, prone to glitches and updates eroding our settings without notice, and over-priced.
Vcita on the other hand has been fully customisable for our needs, is fast to load with a refined and easy to use GUI. Training staff on its use has been easy and we're able to fully manage the IT / administration of it in-house.
