Building Automations is easy and intuitive and you have a lot of options to choose from to tailor your service to your customers' needs and engage into a new "conversation" with potential ones. The comprehensive analytics help to get the "Bigger picture" and at the same time shed light on each customer, so I have the needed insights / behavior & interests/ and visibility to successfully adjust our tactics in real-time. Ease of automation, and granular control without writing a line of code. For example, on the fly you can traverse path of all visitors from all campaigns and send them a specific email with a few clicks, or just simply anyone who clicked on specific links send them an offer, or very simply anyone who did not open the email resend them the campaign. Frankly nothing, everyday I find more useful ways to use Journeys its a way to customize actions. One thing, the HTML builtin editor is basic, so you will need a graphics guy if you want the fancy stuff. So if you like ti work with a complete system you must paid a lot for aditional applications that cover the features not included in your marketing automation.

We love that Vbout is a comprehensive marketing platform that provides an all-in-one solution that simplifies our day-to-day processes through automation, e.g. onboarding new members or sending out the newsletter to the existing community.
