I've used a few different ticketing software packages so it's pretty easy for me to pick up new software. The college uses almost every feature in the system, but I could see how it would be overwhelming for a smaller organization to learn the software based on the robust features that are available. They've clearly been growing a lot over the last few years as a lot of features have been added, but they could benefit from a good comb through of the system to re-evaluate the most efficient UI/UX Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
