What problems is Vault Innovation solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had used freelance programmers for about a year and a half. I wanted help with the business model and creating better UI/UX design. We spent a day in person and then zoom calls thereafter to review the product. Vault provided a framework for developing a new product and developed the initial website for sales of the product. What do you like best about Vault Innovation?

The people we worked with at Vault were great communicators and ensured we were always informed of what they were working on and what stage they were at in the design process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't think this is Vault's fault but going into the project we had a fixed budget we were aiming for but we kept adding more requirements to the project which caused the project to exceed our initial budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vault Innovation?

I came onboard as the first person with product ownership after the company owner had already engaged with Vault. I was very impressed by how much they had been able to accomplish without a dedicated person helping manage the product roadmap. Once I did come on board, working with Vault has been very smooth. They are flexible in their ways of working to engage us a lot when needing input, and once they have scope well defined, they are able to crank through code!
