## PrinterLogic Reviews
  ### 1. Printer Nightmare no more!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

Overall ease of use. Allowing our users to add printers seamlessly. Support is easy and allows for less frustrations. We were able to push out the GPO integration and implement that without any problems.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

None at the moment, we have used Printerlogic for less than 6 months.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use PrinterLogic to avoid the printer nightmare vulnerability tied to the print spoolers and print servers. With PrinterLogic we are able to have our end users point to a printer on the "map" and have it install seamlessly. Even though its a change for our users, it makes it easier as well as gives us safety knowing we are protected.

We didn't want to give local admin on each printer server to our users to avoid the printer nightmare vulnerability so PrinterLogic gives us the ability to allow users to add printers and not have extra permissions. This also fixes the common issue of "Where does this printer live?"...with PrinterLogic people can see on the map the printers near them.

**Official Response from Brock Faucette:**

> We're thrilled to hear that you find PrinterLogic easy to use and that it has seamlessly integrated with your GPO. Even though you're so new to PrinterLogic, we trust you'll keep us informed if you spot any room for improvement. Have a great week!

They love to be able to install a printer by themselves with the self-serve portal.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for your review!

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

PrinterLogic has made our jobs in the IT deparment a lot easier. Before PrinterLogic we were flooded with tickets to add specific printers to users computers. With PrinterLogic our users are able to simply go to our link that has our printers orginized by building and floor, select the printer they need and it installes it for them.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

The only complaint that I have with PrinterLogic is I wish that we could have been using it a lot sooner that we have been.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The amount of tickets that we were getting to add printers to users computers.

**Official Response from Brock Faucette:**

> We're thrilled to hear that PrinterLogic has made your job easier and reduced the number of tickets you receive. We regret we didn't influence your signing up sooner ;) Thank you for sharing your positive experience!

  ### 12. Best Way to Manage Drivers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

They allowed us to move away from our on site print server

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

Deploying to end-users. But that isn't really their fault, the issue is our legacy infrastructure

> Thank you for your review! It is always a good day when we help a customer move away from print servers!

  ### 14. Experience with the Printer Logic application

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kav S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

It's a fantastic application since the Print logic installation is small and eliminates the need for a Windows server to manage the print server, while everything else is hosted on SharePoint.
If Windows Server dies, the Print Server must be reinstalled, which will prevent users from printing. This Printer Logic resolves all those concerns.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

The support team should be on the same page as the engineer. Support takes a long time to resolve little issues, but calling the engineer takes a minute, and sometimes reaching the engineer is problematic, so you are held in the queue to handle your minor issue or query.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No printing if the server is down for any reason. Not all printer drivers work well with GPO-based deployments. Printer Logic saves the Windows license, whether on-premises or in the cloud.

Print Logic saves a lot of money, and the setup is simple.

**Official Response from Jennifer Gardner:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience with PrinterLogic. We're pleased that the application has saved you time and money while simplifying the setup process. We understand your concerns about support response times and will strive to improve our service in this area.

  ### 15. User Friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon C. | System Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

Easy to use. I am new to IT and it has been a wonderful experience.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

No dislikes. Very user friendly. No complaints.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Troubleshooting printer device issues for our hospital.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> We love to hear that it has been an easy experience. Thank you for the review, Brandon!

  ### 16. Easy to use and works well

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

We had experienced problems with the MS PrintNightmare making deploying printers very buggy. Switching to using PrinterLogic was fast, reliable, and has enabled us to not have to worry about our printers and focus on other tasks. Initial deployment went mostly smooth with a few minor issues but support was excellent to get the issues figured out and get the product deployed. Ongoing support has also been excellent.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

I am not fond of browser extension based agent deployment and we had some initial work to get it to work correctly but it has been fine since.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft print servers and driver deployment were crippled by PrintNightmare exploit. Made it extremely difficult to consistently add printers and drivers to workstations. PrinterLogic immediately fixed the issues once deployed.

**Official Response from Brock Faucette:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with PrinterLogic—and for sharing your feedback regarding the browser extension. If you'd like, consider joining one of our customer research panels so we can work with you to improve the product! Your CSM should have all the details. Have a great week!

  ### 17. An easy to use, well documented printer management solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

The ability to create driver profiles has significantly reduced the time in getting the desired printer configurations out to users, and the ability to modify or create new profiles allows for flexibility in responding to client requirements.

Furthermore the deployment/structure tree view enables for easy management of printer devices, and the site associated deployment conditions. Having an IP range as a printer deployment condition means users will never miss a priter when on the office network.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

The overload of information when getting started with printer logic is the biggest hurdle, in conjunction with the complexity of configuring Azure for IdP.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PrinterLogic enables my company to significantly reduce the time spent on printer deplyments, as even clients without printer servers can have printers deployed to their endpoints without the need for a consultant to access each individual computer.

**Official Response from Jennifer Gardner:**

> Lee, thank you for sharing your positive experience with PrinterLogic. We are pleased to hear that our driver profiles and deployment tree view have been beneficial in streamlining printer configurations for your users. We understand the challenges with the initial overload of information and the complexity of Azure integration, and we are committed to improving our onboarding process and simplifying the integration with Azure. We appreciate your feedback and are glad that PrinterLogic is helping to save time on printer deployments for your company.

  ### 18. A great product for printer management in the modern workplace

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brett F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

When configured correctly, it is seamless and transparent - no one has to install anything at the endpoint device to get the printers they need. Our sales contact has also been very quick to add licenses when new printers are installed. From what my IT team has stated, it was an easy implementation and easy integration as well.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

That off-premises printing is an extra cost.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to PrinterLogic, we maintained an on-premise printer server for all networked printers in our organization in our datacenter. One of my goals is to eliminate our datacenter to decrease the potential for downtime, ongoing and maintenance costs of servers and networking equipment and onsite visits and increase our flexibility during daily work, emergency scenarios and decreasing the burden of IT during business changes (opening/closing locations, staff on/offboarding, etc.)

**Official Response from Jennifer Gardner:**

> Brett, thank you for your review. We appreciate you and your business!

  ### 19. Best Printer Solution out there

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

The ease of use and can train anyone to manage this system.
Getting rid of the print server and using cloud services

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

the IP conflict inside and outside of the network. Sometimes at home you will get other offices configs due to IP ranges.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Print management and monitoring. reporting as well and Ease of adding role based admin level in the portal.

**Official Response from Brock Faucette:**

> Hi there,
We appreciate your nice review of PrinterLogic. "Best printer solution out there" is a welcome endorsement! We're glad printer management, monitoring and reporting has been easy. Thanks for your feedback about the IP conflict, too. I'll pass that along to the appropriate teams. If you ever need our award winning support team, please reach out.

  ### 20. PrinterLogic - SAAS

It is the easiest way to manage and install printer in the environment. It can be easily implemented and the customer support is really good at the Printer logic.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

As of now there is no Dislikes everything is super cool.

  ### 21. Great product with excellent support.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

The product works as advertise, very few issues. I also LOVE that I can reach support by phone.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

Lacks a central driver repository for drivers.
Advanced groups does not include Entra.
Some of the documentation is out dated

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simplifies device deployment since we do not have to worry about printers.
Lessens the burden of helpdesk tickets.

**Official Response from Brock Faucette:**

> Hello,
Thank you for the nice review! We're glad to hear that you've had very few issues with PrinterLogic, but also pleased to hear that when you've needed our support team, you've had a positive experience. And thanks for the constructive feedback. I'll pass that along to the appropriate teams.

  ### 22. PrinterLogic Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yasin J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

The ease of adding and removing printers and the ease of setting up printers.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

How you have to save the changes in one section of the setup before moving on to another tab of the same printer setup.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It automatically removes/adds the office printer when end users leave/enter an office based on the devices IP address. This feature gives it some security for confidential client information.

**Official Response from Brock Faucette:**

> We're glad you're having a mostly amazing experience with the platform—and we apologize for the inconvenience of having to save changes in one section before moving on to another tab. We appreciate your feedback and will consider it for future improvements.

  ### 23. Great Product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2023

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

Users can install their own drivers without needing admin rights or IT assistance.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

I prefered the old name (PrinterLogic) because I'm lazy and had to update my documentation lol

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're decommissioning our physical print servers and PrinterLogic actually spools jobs faster than our old server.

**Official Response from Marcus Painter:**

> We love to hear it! Thank you for the review!

  ### 24. Saas Instance: Very good for direct printing but the integration with print servers is not great

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

1. The admin portal and the user interface are intuitive, well designed, easy to use.
2. The performance is quick, once you add a printer through the admin portal it is visible directly in the client.
3. The import and export tools are of a great help. I added my 150 printers into a csv file and was able to import them in just a few minutes. It's a real time saver.

I have been using it a lot over the last 2 weeks and I could just do the tasks I needed without trouble.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

The way PrinterLogic integrates with print servers is way from optimal.
For 2 reasons, when you add Windows Print Server Link to the portal, it will:

1. Deploy a PrinterLogic agent to the Windows print server with services running constantly. I don't want that.
2. The Windows print server needs contant connectivity to the PrinterLogic cloud. My company block internet access for servers so that doesn't work.

Customer support is based in the US, so the responses follow the US hours, not Europe.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We currently use an in-house built printer deployment tool.
It's pretty old and we were looking for a replacement.
We came accross PrinterLogic and it does exactly what we need.

Currently we deploy printer drivers to the computer via SCCM.
PrinterLogic has this functionnality, so we are very likely to use it for that too.

**Official Response from Brock Faucette:**

> We appreciate your detailed feedback on your experience with PrinterLogic. We're glad to hear that you find the admin portal, user interface, and import/export tools helpful. We'd like to learn more about your concerns. If you're open to it, could we schedule a 30-minute call to learn more about the problem and guide you through possible solutions? We also have a customer research panel who elevates insights we use to improve our product and processes. Let me know! brock.faucette@vasion.com.

  ### 25. Loving The Logic

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

The seamless & smooth transition from the printer servers.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

The lack of custom reporting on the SaaS.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- The simplified and centralized management of the printers, as well as the user-friendly option for users to install printers without the need of a Admin.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for your review. It is always a good day to hear that we have helped eliminate print servers!

  ### 26. Quick & Easy Deoplyment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

It was a quick and easy deployment of the Printer Logic solution to our environment. We have about 40 printers and 145 users. The deployment to the users was swift based on location of their office to gain the profiles of printers in their vicinity. Customer Service with our reps was always prompt and they were willing to help with question concerning the on prem configuration of their product. Also, the ease of intrgration was smooth. The users did not receive a single hickup when we moved them to the Printer Logic printers. The frequency of use for me is not often in the admin portal. When configured correctly it just works. The users use the printers and rarely have to go to the portal to get a printer they can't find.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

It doesn't support a few drivers. They are not many, but if you have copiers you might want to see if they provide drivers that are supported by Printer Logic. That is my only major issue with the product.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I know they are currently looking to support as many drivers as possible. While that may be an issue at the moment it does not mean it would never be supported. Also, they are alway working on the ease of use for the users and the admins alike.

**Official Response from Jennifer Gardner:**

> We're glad to hear that the deployment of PrinterLogic was swift and seamless for your environment. We appreciate your feedback about driver support, and we are committed to continually improving our product to better meet the needs of our users.

  ### 27. Great Remote Mgmt Program

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan S. | Helpdesk Mgr, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

PL allows you to manage numerous devices across multiple locations/networks. You can set custom permission for each printer. Also, use remote deployment for specific or all users

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

There was a little bit of a learning curve during implementation, but customer support was a real asset.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote mgmt of almost 200 printers for 1000+ staff, across various remote sites

**Official Response from Brock Faucette:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with PrinterLogic. We're thrilled that you find our program helpful for remote management of numerous devices across multiple locations and networks. We're sorry to hear about the learning curve during implementation. Please reach out to us to provide any feedback on how we can improve in that arena. We're about to launch a new onboarding program...so we hope that helps future customers!

  ### 28. All in one networked printing solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

Assigned Printers to a location is helpful so that when a user goes to that location they will see the printers available to them. We have folks move from one location to another often in other cities. Giving them the freedom to select what they need.

The Customer support team was very helpful in the set up, very knoweldge able and answered every question we had. As we migrated from a onprem print servers to Printerlogic it was easy to get started. We deployed our printlogic agent to all of our uses through a GPO, quickly intergrating it with our existing systems and with a litle configuration we were up and running.

Since the implementaion we have been using Printerlogic exclusively as our users use it daily and will be shutting down the print servers. with all the features of printerlogic I feel like we have only just begun to scratch the surface, you can even make it secure with different types of sign on features.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

some things are not as intuitive as they could be. While we do have customer support we did have questions which could have been resolved with "helpful hints" or information pop outs for subjects in the adminstrator sections.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On premisis Print Servers are old and sometimes faulty, with old outdated Drivers, which causes trouble for both our users and our IT Staff. With printer logic, it takes alot of the work out of having printers at the ready. With a click or two it installs quickly for our users.

**Official Response from Jennifer Gardner:**

> We're thrilled to hear that you have found PrinterLogic to be a valuable solution for your organization and that our customer support team was able to assist you effectively during the setup. We appreciate your feedback about the intuitiveness of the platform and will use it to improve the user experience.

  ### 29. Great Addition to our Product Line for a "Cloud Only" Approach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

Printer Logic makes migrating to the cloud easy. I recommend it to all my clients. The ability to effortless push print drivers out to multiple clients (post Printer Nightmare Vunerability) is amazing.

Printer Logic fills the void that Microsoft has when going cloud only. Many clients are going full Azure AD (or Entra now...) with Intune for Management. Printer Logic makes it easy to migrate their on-premise print server to the cloud.

The Self Service portal also comes in very handy when supporting users.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

Authing to the MSP Portal uses One Time Push codes instead of SAML.

Please integrate SAML through Azure AD / Entra to allow SAML Authentication like other enterprise apps.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main use case for printer logic (for me and my clients) is migrating to the cloud. Many clients are going ful Azure AD / Intune. Microsoft does not have a product to easily replace On-Premise Print Servers. Printer Logic solves this issue/use case.

**Official Response from Jennifer Gardner:**

> We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that PrinterLogic has been helpful in migrating to the cloud for your clients. We understand your concern about the authentication process and will take your suggestion into consideration for future improvements.

  ### 30. Printer Logic Eliminated the Local print servers. Can load drivers and profiles for drivers in SAAS.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

Printer Logic Eliminated the Local print servers. Can load drivers and profiles for drivers in SAAS platform.
It can be linked to a pure AzureAD network, with no local print servers. Extension and software can be installed with Azure. Requires a local client be installed on the machine. SSO works great no user interaction is required to install or update drivers. Devices can be installed based from groups from Azure.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

The remote print feature requires a local client aka small print server like raspii be installed at each site. However if the user is at the site it is not required. IPP could use a little work and the custom print screen like papercut has CPA doesn't really work. However none of that is needed, you can setup a Azure AD client and deploy to their Azure computers with no local servers who needs CPA and custom print screen son your printers when the user only has to click print and choose a printer. PS: Job Boxs and profiles can be loaded with the driver so no need for special setup.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Removes the need for a local Print server when not using a local Acrtive directory.
Can deploy printers with custom profiles for the drivers automatically to end users.
End users no longer have to find a printer - it will install via security groups in Azure.

**Official Response from Brock Faucette:**

> Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate your insights on the features you like and dislike about PrinterLogic. Please let your CSM know if our support team has been unable to address your problems, and we'll gladly address!

  ### 31. Printing without PrinterLogic seems impossible now

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

It literally just works. You go through the demo thinking, "Yah, this seems good, but what's the catch?". There is no catch. Setup is a snap. Configuration is a snap. The hardest part was getting users to understand that literally nothing on their end is changing other than some queue names.

Not that we will, but I swear I will ban printing in its enterty in my org before I go back to using print servers.

Setup and configuration was simple and deploying printers to our existing environment/swapping users over to PrinterLogic managed printers was just a matter of communication.

Our traveling users really like the self service portal for when they're at non-home office locations. They can just select a printer and go without having to contact the Help Desk.

Not having to deal with PrinterNightmare issues or putzing around with per-impression cloud printing bills is makes our exe admins very happy. No more frustrated users complaining t them, and no massive bills per month either caused by over printing or wasted impressions not being used.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

We haven't really experianced any downsides yet. I guess in the hypothetical realm, it is a cloud service so connectivity issues could make it so you can't access your mgmt portal.

It hasn't happened to us, but I could see that.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowed us to get rid of print servers. It also allows us to quickly deploy/change printers without messing around with all the crap Microsoft Print Services entails. Especially post-PrinterNightmare.

**Official Response from Brock Faucette:**

> What a glowing review! We're thrilled to hear that PrinterLogic has made printing a seamless experience for your organization.

  ### 32. Excellent product, we love it

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Todd G. | IT Specialist III, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

We switched away from in-house print servers to Print Logic and we could not be happier. We have very few issues anymore, everything just works. It's really easy to add a printer, make changes etc and I rarely have any helpdesk calls from users about printers.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

I spent a lot of time initially with their support to write scripts to remove my old printers, some of which still never removed so occasionally I have a user get confused why old printers still show up in their list - Granted it's Windows being a pain, but still frustrating.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

no longer need an in house print server that crashes and stops working.

**Official Response from Jennifer Gardner:**

> We're thrilled to hear that you are loving PrinterLogic and that it has significantly reduced the number of helpdesk calls related to printers. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with the script writing and old printer removal process. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our support and product.

  ### 33. PrinterLogic Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeffrey S. | Desktop Support Technician, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

The main takeaway from PrinterLogic is its ease of use when it comes to deploying new printers and updating current ones.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

We have not seen any negative atributes when it comes to PrinterLogic

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deploying new printers and updating IP addresses of existing ones.

**Official Response from Brock Faucette:**

> Hi Jeffrey,
Wow! We appreciate the glowing review and so glad deploying new printers and updating IP addresses is now a breeze. If our support team can ever assist, please reach out.

  ### 34. PrinterLogic is great

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan P. | Senior Director, IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

Ease of setup and use. Great support. Our staff seem to love it and adoption is up.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

Not much. The cost is surprisingly reasonable, the product does what we need it to do.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've had issues with printer GPO, and we were looking for a solution for remote site visits where we need to print.

**Official Response from Brock Faucette:**

> You love PrinterLogic—and we love to hear it! We're also happy to hear that platform adoption is up. The more, the merrier! Reach out if and when you need us...

  ### 35. PrinterLogic is the best thing to come out of Post Microsoft Print Server Era!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

PrinterLogic was very easy to implement into our ecosystem. The feature we love to use is Deploying the specific Printer to the specific organization unit. This way, we can get the specific printers to the frequently used users. Integration was easy for us since we were looking for a new system to deploy printers to our organization. With a few simple profiles, we were able to seamlessly move our organization to use the software and ease of use on our end when we needed to deploy new computers. I've only needed to contact customer support a couple of times since the software just works and we rarely need it to be fixed.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about the product, it works as intended.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the issue that Microsoft didn't fix on their end with malicious Print Server issues they were having.

**Official Response from Brock Faucette:**

> We're thrilled to hear that you found PrinterLogic easy to implement and that the specific printer deployment feature has been beneficial for your organization. We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that our software has been working seamlessly for you.

  ### 36. Great application to get rid of print servers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

There are no print server and utilizes IP printing from the client. The application is very easy to use and is for the most part once setup a hands off application.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

There are no fax functions like other products

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting rid of print servers.
Also allows for secure printing with release via a badge

**Official Response from Brock Faucette:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with PrinterLogic. Also, were we to hold a customer research panel surrounding fax functions, would you like to be included? If so, please let us know. Your CSM can connect you with the panel. We appreciate you!

  ### 37. PrinterLogic Helps Companies Moving to Hybrid Cloud Solutions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelvin T. | IT Tech, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2023

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

Users can print no matter if they're in a self-hosted environment or in a cloud environment such as Microsoft Azure. The software can also run as a Virtual Appliance in existing datacenters behind corporate firewalls for added security.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

Some aspects of the software have a "Windows XP" look and feel, but that's mostly on the back-end. Also, drivers must be manually selected and added which can be time-consuming. The mobile app is nice, but could be more intuitive.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing us to transition from traditional Windows print-servers to a more flexible solution that also encompasses cloud desktops and mobile printing. It also maintains admin oversight of printing.

**Official Response from Marcus Painter:**

> Thank you for such a thoughtful review, Kelvin! We love that mobile app and security too! And we also understand the excitement around how flexible PrinterLogic is! Thank you, Kelvin!

  ### 38. Great product

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

PrinterLogic is Easy to setup and maintain.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

PrinterLogic does not support all print driver types.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Once installed onto a machine, it makes installing printer by an administrator or the user, very easy.

**Official Response from Brock Faucette:**

> Hello,
We appreciate the nice review and you! Good to hear that PrinterLogic is easy to use and maintain -- that's our goal! Please reach out to our support team if you ever need assistance.

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

Easy to use and any questions I've had have been answered.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

It has issues with older printer connecting, but that's not the programs fault.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not needing a windows print server

**Official Response from Jennifer Gardner:**

> Thank you for taking the time to review PrinterLogic. We're glad to hear that you've found our solution easy to use.

  ### 40. This is the best option to get rid of your print servers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua G. | Systems Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

Cloud based product that allows us to manage our company's printers without requiring on on-site print server or appliance of any kind. Their customer support has helped us with every problem we have had in quick and professional manner.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

Some of my co-workers have told me that new printers take a little time before they appear in the cloud console.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We we tired of managing on on-prem print server. We always seemed to have issues with it. PrinterLogic removes the need for an on-prem print server. It handles everything from the cloud and you can assign printers to groups.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> We appreciate the honest review, Joshua. We are always working to improve, and your feedback is helpful. We also love to hear that we have, yet again, been able to help eliminate print servers! This is the foundation of our Intelligent Print Automation platform! And we also love to hear that Customer Support has been so helpful.

  ### 41. A great cloud solution to managing your print environment.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trent T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

I like that I can manage all of my printers without a print server.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

Printers seem to disappear frequently and need to be added again from the web interface.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our print server was part of our DC running on an Azure VM that we wanted to get rid of. We had persistent problems with it. When making the decision to retire the server we needed to find alternatives for everything that the server was responsible for.

Printer Logic has made it easy to deploy and manage all of my printers and has drastically cut down on the amount of printer related tickets.

**Official Response from Jennifer Gardner:**

> Trent, thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you and your business. And, we love seeing that you've drastically reduced the amount of printer related tickets!!

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

**Official Response from Brock Faucette:**

> Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that you appreciate our intuitive platform! We're committed to providing a seamless experience for our customers.

  ### 45. Printer Logic - Easy rollout and Implementation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

I like that the product was easy to configure and rollout to users. It replaced their currently mapped print server printers and made the transition seamless for users.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

The reporting is not good in my opinion. We setup alerts for low toner and jams and within the first 2 nights we had 1500 alerts some for reporting the issue and some for the resolution. Not good.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The removal of Print Servers and the overhead of maintaining them.

**Official Response from Brock Faucette:**

> We're glad to hear that you found our product easy to configure and rollout. We're also sorry to hear about the reporting issue. I believe this was an bug we've since corrected, but if the problem persists, please don't hesitate to contact our support team. They're great folks and will be happy to help!

  ### 46. PrinterLogic is like a macro tool for mapping printer queues and managing them via a SaaS resource

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daimon O. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

Simple to understand how it works and how it manages the creation of the printing queues. The fact that print jobs never leave your local network, and don't need to be sent off to some "cloud-based" processing before getting to the actual printer.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

Licensing is currently based on number of print queues. If you have multiple specific printing queues that all go to the same printer you have to pay for each queue. Our solution was to merge our "Black&White" and "Color" queues into one queue for each color printer.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to do away with on-prem print servers.

**Official Response from Brock Faucette:**

> We're glad to hear that you find PrinterLogic simple to understand and appreciate the local network printing capability.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized printing

**Official Response from Brock Faucette:**

  ### 48. Goodbye Print Servers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher V. | System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2023

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

We decided to try PrinterLogic to eliminate the need for an onprem server. The service is very intuitive and easy to use. I can push out printers by many ways, but my main way is by applying a printer by Active Directory OUs, groups, or by ip address ranges. Then I show the users how to add a printer themselves through the portal if there is one they normally do not use.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

The name of the applications for the clients are not the best. I would think it would be PrinterLogic, but instead the app is called the action you are doing such as the user searches for "Add Printer" app instead of PrinterLogic.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automatically add printers, and allowing users to add the printers they need without contacting the IS dept.

**Official Response from Marcus Painter:**

> Thank you so much for the review and insights, Christopher!

  ### 49. Allows IT to seamlessly allow users to add printers as needed.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bob L. | Technical services and operations manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

Users do not need admin privleges to add printers.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

If, when, we lose Interenet or Printer Logic goes offline, printing comes to a halt.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Users can easily add/remove pritners as needed.

**Official Response from Brock Faucette:**

> Hi Bob,
We're glad to hear that PrinterLogic has made printer management easier for your team. If you ever need our award-winning support team, don't hesitate to reach out.

  ### 50. PrinterLogic took our business printer network management systems to the next level!

- The ability to manage printer drivers online and have them automatically deployed to all users.
- On demand user reporting tool for print jobs made within the company
- Customer support is always quick to assist with questions and ideas!

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

You will need to manually refresh the print client to get new printers right away but this is easily managed.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PrinterLogic is capturing all print jobs made within the company and allowing our business to deploy new printers with ease, having the drivers pushed to all users automatically.

**Official Response from Jennifer Gardner:**

> We're thrilled to hear that you are enjoying the benefits of managing printer drivers online and the on-demand user reporting tool. Thank you for your positive feedback!
