The ability to create and manage all printers from one central console. Its abililty to create and configure and deploy printers is an outstanding fit. With multiple sites I have it setup to deploy printers. Printer upgrades are as easy as changing in the printer admin console. Printer clients can be setup to automatically update from older versions and it all happens seemelessly. Support has been outstanding the people at Vasion print. We have over `000 users and multiple sites that use this every day. Integration is amazing and automatic. You can wait 4 hours or sign out and into windows or refresh the configuration and your done. I know Vasion is still developing there product. The parts that I believe should be worked on and improved is the scanning piece. To have users when they sign in be automatically set to place files in there own OneDrive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our company frequently host client meetings which required printed agenda, presentation and follow-up materials sometime. We utilised Vasion Print's secure release printing to ensure document were only printed when needed. This feature is very valuable. It minimised the risk of sensitive client information being left on the printer unattended. Employees now could print any office location without meeting to change configurations. The integration process was not as seamless as anticipated, particularly with older printers that require custom drivers. Despite of this minor drawback, the software solves all the issue of managing printers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how easy it is for our end users to install printers. They dont need much I.S intervention to install anything which gives our department back quite a bit of time. The knowledge base that Vasion has is also very impressive. I am usually able to find any answer to the questions i have by reading the forums. It is very handy to have. Finding an .inf file for every printer can be such a hassel. Sometimes I have to contact the manufacturers to see if they can send it which is a great deal of extra work for me because they are not always so forthcoming. If there was a library of printer drivers, i think that would be very helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The intuitive design and seamless integration transforms printing management. One of the standout features is the centralized management console. It’s incredibly user-friendly and allows handling of all printers and print jobs from a single interface. This significantly reduces the time used spending on troubleshooting issues and managing print queues. Support has been top-notch, too. Any questions or needed assistance, the responses are swift and helpful, making you feel valued as customers. It is used often for day to day operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be a little on the pricey side for smaller organizations and there's a bit of a learning curve when you first implement the system, especially if you are not familiar with advanced print management tools already. Also it's cloud based and dependent on internet connectivity. Issues have arisen for me in RARE instances only in my experience though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For our end users, printerlogic could not have been simpler to deploy. It was so easy to implement and setup. A quick refresh of configurations, and boom a user now has access to all the printers they could need, all managed and done during the deploy of the printer. No need to worry about users trying to print to a printer they aren't supposed too. They will only have access to what is assigned. The number of features within printerlogic was great, and very easy to integrate. We use printerlogic nearly everyday, especially with me being the main printer tech here at 4Wall. Printerlogic doesn't always like plotters. Plotter drivers are often not always supported, and I often have to resort to legacy plotter drivers like using a T520 driver on a T650, or using a HPLG driver on one that only has Version 4 drivers. Version three works just fine. Customer support has been questionable. I have had both a wonderful experience, and a terrible one, both about plotter drivers funny enough. Cloud managed print services is a great idea and exactly what we were looking for. The online portal is nice and syncing users with our IDP is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The technology appears to be an inadequate transfer from on-premises to cloud, resulting in suboptimal performance. The Printer Control Panel Applications (CPA) are not functioning efficiently and their implementation is lacking when compared to other options. The Canon CPA, in particular, operates very slowly and lacks responsiveness. Furthermore, both the Canon and Lexmark applications do not offer an administrator login feature, necessitating a complete uninstallation of the applications prior to modifying printer settings at the control panel. Our legal team often works with sensitive client documents. The secure release printing features is very essential while printing sensitive documents, to ensures confidentiality at all time. Vasion Print provides a seamless way to manage sensitive documents without fear of unauthorized access. The software has intuitive design which allowed our team members to use the printers without any significant learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the analytics tools because they are helpful but they lacked flexibility in creating custom reports for our departments need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most brilliant feature that i like most about vasion print is its self service portal and elimination of print servers. This made it more easier to manage and use on daily basis. It removes help of IT support and end user work issues or any entanglement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In my overall usage i feel that constant internet connection is required to work it smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

printer logic helped us remove 1 server per site (print servers) and also improved the user experience by using direct printing with the logic pf print server in a centralised location.
the deployement for 25 sites and 50 printers took less than 1 month
these printers are used daily and our customer services never received any request after the change
the printer installation from roaming employes went down to 0 overnight after implementation of the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
