Varonis is an amazing plaform as long as you full use it iand roll it out. It have saved us months of work withthe changes to regulations and its ability to find key words. With it fully rolled out we now have better control over where sensative documents are stored. I like the ease of use of the Varonis Data Security Platform, which allows multiple techs to use it without complex training. It's also more user-friendly than the previous tool we used, Microsoft Purview. Additionally, the Varonis team is very responsive and hands-on, making us feel heard and promptly addressing any issues we have, which creates a great client experience for us. I use Varonis Data Security Platform for Data Discovery and User Behavior Analytics. It helps shape and build the backbone of our Data Management program. The User Behavior Analytics (UBA) engine is a standout feature that other platforms don't really offer. It allows for powerful automations and provides insights into the traffic that is moving. The UBA engine fits seamlessly into the product and helps in a number of areas. I was particularly impressed with the UBA engine being used in the automations, to gather analytics on users who are using directories and being able to lock it down to them. I do wish that some automated remediation options were stronger, being able to move files from email to a secured location being a key point.
