You really can set it up to automate and streamline almost anything you want to do. That is fantastic, as there are often unique needs in this industry that are difficult to predict for a widespread software company, so it puts the tools and power in your hands to make it work for you. **What do you dislike about Vantaca?** The biggest downside of customization is that it can get unwieldy, so it does take some thought an energy to figure out the best way to accomplish the goals without it becoming so niche that human error becomes a problem again. I am the Comptroller of our comany and I am extremely pleased with the financial system. It is extremely easy to use and our auditors love it. Basically all of the reports and back-up documentation they request is all in Vantaca. All of our finances are paperless! **What do you dislike about Vantaca?** I wish there was a way to do a POS system for recreation center memberships. There is a work around but it is time consuming. They are always constantly updating the system based on feedback so this may be possible one day. **What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vantaca is constantly listening to its users to continue to evolve and make their product better. It's so nice to have a software that keeps you up to date on latest developments and new items that are coming. Vantaca has helped us become paperless and helps us keep all of our notes and files easily accessible. All of our notes, etc are tracked by homeowner and address so if we ever need to refer back, we can always find it easily. Another huge issue with our old software was the speed. We have over 6,000 lots in our association and it would take 2-3 minutes to pull anything up. With Vantaca, we can pull up all sorts of reports within seconds! We couldn't be happier. ### 23. Such as the homeowner portal and the Boards ability to see bank balances when they approve checks. **What do you dislike about Vantaca?** The glitches and bugs that can't be fixed have made our jobs extremely difficult. Vantaca is attempting to find the calendar bug, which caused billing to fail four months in a row. They are trying to resolve their corporate module glitches. The software has more glitches and issues as time goes on. The higher-ups in the company won't even meet with us. They refuse to take responsibility for their software failures which has caused hours of extra work for many of us. We are paying for software that is causes us more harm than good. ### 29. Managing 65 properties it would take us almost a week to do all of our bank reconciliations. Now it takes maxium a day and half and thats mostly just reviewing. That ALONE has saved our company so much time. Producing financials is a click of a button where as before we were manually creating them in PDF Files. We love that all homeowners are accessible within one system compared to Quickbooks we had to log in and out of each company which took up a lot of time. **What do you dislike about Vantaca?** While there is a lot of customization within vantaca to fit our companies needs there are some reports that would be extremely helpful that are still missing. Thankfully Vantaca has a great improvement team and we have submitted requests for certain items. While not all items are done quickly as they invovle more programming we have had several of our requests already fulfilled. **What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?** TIME. The amount of time it takes to complete bank reconcilations and financials within vantaca has greatly improved the workflow of our employees. The software allows us to review each task as it passes from one department to the next and measure the time it takes to complete or view where a job was delayed, which in turn allows us to review why delays occurred adequately. Also, having only one platform to do everything. Pay invoices, communicate with homeowners and accounting. Vantaca has a library with screenshots of step-by-step procedures if you forget how to do a process. If that is still not helpful, which I doubt, or they don't have a FAQ of what you are searching for, you could submit a ticket. I want to say the turnaround on tickets are 24-72 hours, and they will answer your question once replied or request more details to give you the best possible answer. If not, you could speak to your representative and schedule a Zoom meeting to understand your question better and guide you on resolving the issue. **What do you dislike about Vantaca?** Being a brand new company, they still need some updates to serve a variety of companies better. However, they are constantly innovating per the demand of current users. **What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were using a server base software. Required a big server and couldn't hope on any computer to work from. Challenging to work from home during covid without cloud base software. ### 50.
