Very important product for safety and security when handling visitors especially in a business like where there are many visitors

The feature that we can blacklist the visitors who are not required in premises

For now I have not come across any negative feature

It helps in saving time of employees as well by not allowing blacklisted visitors for meetings or unnecessary follow-up with them.

The emergency SMS feature as I was alerted within a second about the extreme rainfall outside the office premises  I was visiting. The Overall experience was very good.

**What do you dislike about VAMS?**

There should be more terminals where the Visitor Management Tablets are placed. To cover the different entry points. This will help de-clutter the reception. Thanks

VAMS is solving the problem of repeat visitors as I do not have to do repeat entries again and again. This is really helpful for frequent visitors. This is a huge challange which VAMS have resolved.
