OTP protection is good . Different type of pass forms. Remembering the datas of the visitor.  E mail and SMS alerts.  Block the unwanted person entry.  Print style

**What do you dislike about VAMS?**

Little more flexibility required in pass  print out.  Customized format will be useful. Visitor should add photos by clicking one selfie. If we block the visitor.. he should know

Quick permission at gate entry. Paparless process. Daily visitors data.

1. Easy to use for new person. No need to take any one's help.

VAMS staff are very helpful, and polite and VTake remote access for SMS notifications and photo mismatches.

I am using VAMS application since 2012 till date but nothing found disliked coz the staff is always ready to help you with your one phone call or mail.

Like network-related issues, link down, OTP issues and server issues but they are helpful when u needed

Notify the employee with email and message whenever any guest comes to meet them with proper details and a Photo, real-time notification system.

The photo on the pass will not come clear, needed good light intensity to take a proper photo.

Real-time Application with good features give proper real-time information to every guest and employee on the dashboard  in the company.

With the help of COVID -19 questionnaire we can track the COVID symptoms visitors  before they come to premises so they can not get appointment.

Once in will we face small issue in the system but it resolved by the engineers with in a day

Simple UI, it helps user to provide their inputs faster.

Little older design. design can be made better along with the hardware. Tablet and Mobile applications are also missing.

Good software for non heavy usage. UI can be made better.

Digitalizing the Vistor entries and hence it is paper less process. Digital reports helps analyzing the data better.

Very simple to use and has good features like capturing assets and identity if needed

Post covid it is good to have record of visitors in office. Safety and security with health compliance. The important aspects are the emergency SMS and bulk visitor upload that help when you have too many visitors or guests on 1 day.

the interface is very user friendly and simple. And is having the most competitive price band with best in class service.

**What do you dislike about VAMS?**

There should be more filters and segregation and purpose as well as booking of area for the meeting.

No unapproved meeting are entertained which results  in time saving of the concerned person

It's really easy to use software anybody can easily understand and operate the application

The only problem I have faced is that it's sometimes hangs in between but otherwise it's amazing

As it's user Friendly people at security gate have also been able to use it without much difficulty
