The best feature of VAMS that it has a user-friendly interface and helps in maintaining proper records of the visitors daily or periodically

There can be a time delay due to software getting hanged, hampering work.

VAMS has been beneficial in maintaining proper and systematic records of the visitors and clients, which helps us to reduce duplicate work and thus helps in saving time.

**What do you like best about VAMS?**

VAMS has a facility which does not ask to enter visitors' details again and again.  Once you create gatepass by entering cell no., thats it, for next time, system will fatch automatically all  the details from system and create gate pass.  This saves lot of time.

**What do you dislike about VAMS?**

I do not have any thing to mention as dislike.

**What problems is VAMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we use to have manual gate pass protocal.  After taking VAMS everyone is able to put gatepass which is very handy and userfriendly.

The user interface is pretty cool and easy to use which is always a plus.

The only issue I have with this software js that it hamgs in between which breaks the flow of my work

The Instant SMS feature available for employees and visitors is very easy and useful as it makes it easy to analyze periodically

Vams application is easy to operate and capturing all details as per global standards. People are cooperative and supportive.

Notification alert, report master, visitor log, application performance  and quick support very nice dashboard in the application, Simple to use and easy software

Using the application last three years but have had no any problem found the application to be a very user-friendly application anyone use the application on the premises

We can shoot emergency messages and daily logs and stop manual entry  and receive all data in a proper format in the application very simple using the application

Each operator must have a separate login, and the data can be tracked properly.

quick entry for visitors and time saving.

**What do you dislike about VAMS?**

No cutoff for old logs and it's showing too old logs as well

**What problems is VAMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This review is not to get 500 gift vouchers and this is purely on my experience that the quick entry of visitors and keeping all records and time saving of visitors as well as a cut of manpower at our front desk.

They have a good followup pre & post implementations. Guided the users properly to handle the application. Interface is user friendly.

All are looking good till date. Yet not faced any challenges since implementation.
