We use it regulary and played an important part in stepping up our email security. We used SPF and DKIM failures to identify and resolve issues with SaaS services that were sending emails on behalf of us. Valimail has also been updating the product and made DNS record monitoring with introduction of SPF health monitoring. **What do you dislike about Valimail?** Valimail is missing some of the information that is required to remediate a failing service. We used the free Valimail plan to get started. Setup and implementation were very straightforward just copy and pasting a little bit of code into the DNS. You can also add multiple domains under the same profile. They've also made the setup fully automated if you use one of the DNS hosts that has a direct integration with Valimail. For example, our DNS was on the list, so we entered DNS credentials through their secure portal and you're good to go within minutes. In addition to DMARC, it also monitors SPF and DKIM which is nice. We have it connected and running all the time and pop in when we need to check or verify that we aren't have any issues. **What do you dislike about Valimail?** Honestly, I don't really have any complaints about Valimail. I'm on a free plan and there's no customer support other than the AI and their help docs. It also helped us with SPF issues as well. It works with both our old domain and our new domain, and we can pop in whenever needed to check.
